Upon entering this newly renovated condo, you would feel immediately be transported to a beach relax living. Our 24 hrs security staff would welcome you trough the rustic brick gate brings you to into a private and safe jungle garden dotted with lush tropical courtyard. At home, you are greeted with a calming and comfortable living-room to unwind from the outside world. Or, if the mood is more lively, head out directly to the large and beautiful pool for a fresh dip. Condo decor is modern with a Mexican chic flair. Both bedrooms have a 65' inch smart TV, dining room seats 6 people, plus a large quartz breakfast counter seats 3 people, nice size kitchen with shinny-all-brand new appliances, one full bathroom with a rain-type shower head.
Master bedroom has adjoined bathroom, Queen size comfortable bed with sides tables on each side and beautiful hand-made Moorish wall sconces. Second bedroom features a new parota wood full size and a single bed. Both bedrooms features a nice size closets, A/C and a balcony overlooking to the stunning jungle grounds and a few birds.
You would find a comfortable build-in sofa, a custom-made parota wood coffee table, and a bright and playful Acapulco-style chair. Terrace feature a traditional patio furniture for two people. We are in the process updating our pictures. Hang on!
We know the game! we provide pool towels, bath towels (more than enough). We are truly family-friendly.

Please know we are in the third floor. Puerto Vallarta is loud -if you need a quiet meditation-style retreat, Marbella might not be the place. However if you like dense greenery with beautiful and clean air, then you are at home.
