🛎️ Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.
📝 Other things to note
- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.
- Please be aware that there is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may result in moderate noise during working hours.
- There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.
