We enjoyed staying in this unit so much, when it came on the market we decided to buy it!
Nayri Life and Spa Building is the perfect location within Zona Romantica. Very flat walking with no hills for those with mobility issues. The immaculate rooftop has an icemaker and fridge to keep your beverages cool while enjoying the pool and lounge areas.
The Water and Ice in the refrigerator is good to drink/use and we have the tests to prove it from the Homeowners inspection upon purchase. The building has a great water filtration system.
The Security Team is awesome and they remember your names and make you feel welcome.
Our corner unit faces South so it is on the quieter side of the building and facing a dead end street.
The Parking available is for small cars only as it is underground and small in size. Please contact us with vehicle info prior to arrival so we can inform building security.

Guest access
The entire 1 bedroom and 2 full bath private condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The private balcony is within the condo. The rooftop and lobby spaces are shared with all other condos in the building.
