PVRPV proudly introduces Condo 1 North at Puerto Vallarta is located at the exclusive development Sierra del Mar los Arcos, only 14 km from Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta.

The condominium was decorated with Mexican culture, nature, and comfort in mind. The elegant modern Mexican furnishings are enhanced with closets and cabinets made from parota (a local wood) and colorful art, complementing the beauty of the stunning ocean views.

To access the condominium, there is an elevator that goes from the parking garage and opens directly into the unit. You have a dedicated parking space located near the elevator. The option of using the rear stairs as an alternative for staying in shape takes three flights of stairs from the garage to the unit's lobby and front door.

The elevator option opens into the hallway of the unit, and the hallway is the transition area to the main living area and includes a powder room. Beyond the hallway, you will enter the open entertainment space. The open-plan entertaining space includes the living room, cocktail lounge, a dining table for eight, and kitchen with a large pantry including a washer and dryer.

The living room and dining area are decorated with functionality, comfort, and warmth in mind.

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (wine fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, blender). The kitchen also includes a smart TV with firestick technology.

Most people love to eat al fresco in this paradise, which is why a six-person dining table is located on the terrace, and next to it, a large gas grill. Adjacent to the dining table you will find a comfortable lounge area, with beachy decor which helps beautify the space on the large terrace.

All three spacious bedrooms have private exterior access, beautiful views and plenty of natural light and ventilation, as well as air conditioning. All three bedrooms also have smart TVs with firestick technology.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, and unique corner sliding glass doors that completely open onto the the main terrace. It also has a beautiful, large ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet and shower.

The second bedroom also has a king sized bed with it's own private terrace accessible through it's own corner sliding doors, and large ensuite bath.

The third bedroom, considered a den, has a queen sized Murphy bed that allows users to perform other activities in the room when not occupied. This room also has its own full ensuite bathroom and sliding door access to a small tropical garden.

Every bedroom has a lock safe located in each closet.

Guests staying at the resort have complimentary access to its own Beach Club, a charming palapa with a restaurant and bar that operates six days a week.

In addition as guests of Los Arcos Norte, you will have access to our neighboring first class restaurant Amixtle.

Next door Xali, boasts a private club on an exclusive beach with lounge chairs, cabanas, pool, jacuzzi and kids club and is available to our guests with a day pass for a nominal fee.

Los Arcos Norte in it's own boasts a heated infinity pool and heated jacuzzi. This area has direct access to the beach, jetty lounge areas with umbrellas, and a beach bar. There is also another pool located at the Beach Club to laze in a chaise while enjoying a light snack or drink.

There are plenty of activities to do during your vacation; kayaks, paddle boards, beach toys, snorkeling equipment, and towels are available for guests.

Additionally, there are two gyms, one located below the Beach Club and another in Arco Playa, the building next door. Only guests staying at Arco Norte and Arco Playa have access to both gyms and Arco Playa's rooftop terrace. The terrace has incredible sunset views and chaise lounge chairs for your convenience.

Both gyms are equipped with state-of-the-art functional weight systems, elliptical machines, treadmills, as well as free weights, mats, and yoga benches.

Infinity pool and jacuzzi (both heated). This area has direct access to the beach, lounge areas with umbrellas and beach bar.

There are many activities to do during your vacation, kayaks, beach toys, snorkeling equipment and towels are available for visitors. Additionally, there are two gyms, one located below the Club House and another one in Arco Playa, the building next door. Only visitors staying at Arco Norte and Arco Playa have access to both gyms and the roof top terrace at Arco Playa.

These areas and the use of ocean toys must be pre-booked with management.

This gated development provides 24/7 security, and the geography of the site makes its beaches exclusive; no one could access them without passing through the guardhouse.

Finally, Sierra del Mar los Arcos is a development that has considered pleasing visitors with its environmental eco design, its on site management, health, and safety perspective. The owners in this development are proud to be environmentally conscious. Therefore there are recycling bins in every unit and a general trash disposal located on every floor for our guests convenience.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
