Linens are refreshed for stays of 7 nights or longer, and towels are refreshed upon request. Laundry facilities on-site with complimentary detergent are available upon request.

- Children are welcome, but please note the property is not childproof. The pool is unfenced, windows open fully, and there are fragile art pieces throughout.

DAMAGE WAIVER AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $35 USD Damage Waiver is added at checkout and may be listed as a HOST FEE. This covers accidental damage up to $500 USD as detailed in the Rental Agreement.

A Security Deposit Credit Hold is required—either $500 USD or 50% of the booking total (whichever is greater). This hold is placed 24 hours before check-in and released within 7 days of checkout, assuming no damage or additional charges. This is not a charge—just like standard hotel practice.
