Relaxing Escape in a Local Neighborhood – Near Downtown & Zona Romantica

A comfortable and central apartment just a few minutes away from downtown "Malecon". This lovely apartment, which is perfect for families and friends, has the benefits of being centrally located without the disadvantage of noisy congested tourist streets.

This typical mexican apartment also has a nice view of the beach and the mountain side. Aside from this, you would be perfectly located near some of the best seafood restaurants that only locals know, like "Ocho Tostadas"!

The Space

The apartment is located in the 1st floor and the terrace in the 4th floor. We do not have an elevator, so you would have to exercise a bit :)

Guest Access:

You can access the top part of the building which has a private terrace (4th floor) with an amazing view of the beach and the mountain area. This part is shared with all the building. There are 3 Apartments in total.

Guest Interaction:

We tend to give our lovely guests all the space they need, but also, all the attention they would want to have and can expect :D After all, we know its not your hometown and therefore will have many questions and doubts! We are always for you there and will be more than glad to help you and make you feel at home and relaxed.

The neighborhood:

The The neighborhood is safe and really calm. The apartment is in a family area, so you wont be bothered by noisy tourists or other loud making festivals, events, etc. Many convenient stores are located next to the house, so going to buy fresh food, for example at the "Local Market", is only 2 blocks away. As well as the area is really central, there are many buses and taxis that cross frequently only a block away.

Getting Around:

Although there are many means of public transport available in the area, we usually recommend using the Uber App to move around. If you also feel like supporting a local taxi driver, most of the times they will give you a personal number to be in contact and offer you his services whenever needed. We can discuss this option in person if you feel this beneficial for you
