While the quality of amenities and furnishings are important, and they are certainly top notch at Casa Ventana, by far the most critical factor when choosing a rental, is LOCATION. It is because we are walking distance to town, beaches, have incredible views, and full sun on our private pool deck, even in Winter.
On the first floor of Casa Ventana, bi-fold glass doors fold away onto the deck that wraps around the living and dining room area, and boasts a fully equipped gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen, two master bedrooms each with private baths, guest bathroom, laundry room and more.
On the top floor of Casa Ventana you will find a spacious conterra stone tiled sunning deck with lush tropical gardens, and your very own private infinity plunge pool. This level also has a bar, studio size master bedroom with cathedral ceilings and entertainment center, marble bathroom, and a covered living room with built in furniture that opens onto the deck and ocean views.
During your stay you will be pampered by Lette, our house manager and professionally trained beauty and massage therapist, who will make sure you are always comfortable. On arrival, Lette will prepare complimentary welcome margaritas to accompany homemade tortillas, salsa, and guacamole. Feel free to make arrangements with Lette to shop for groceries, prepare exquisite and authentic gourmet Mexican meals, as well as for a massage or facial treatment. (Please note: meal preparation and spa treatments are an additional charge paid directly to Lette).

While Puerto Vallarta is seemingly awash in condominium rentals and deals, I have been renting our home in Vallarta since 1998, with the same staff that I have had from day one, namely Lette. We have also just completed our third full renovation in 13 years, bringing everything up to new quality, again, with all new bathrooms, kitchen, hand cut stone floor tiles, electrical fittings, appliances, and furniture. The vast majority of our guests are returning guests, which underscores the overall value for money not to mention quality.
Guests will have access to the large shared swimming pool as well as their own private rooftop swimming pool. It is a short walk to the beach and to the old town.
Our house manager Lette will liaise with the guests and arrange maid service.
Casa Ventana is centrally located, perched on a cliff high above Central Puerto Vallarta's Souths Side (Romantic Zone), overlooking Los Muertos Beach and the Pacific Ocean. From Casa Ventana you can walk to all Vallarta's top tourist attractions in town, and from our central location, all other attractions are easy to reach.
Taxis are cheap and plentiful in Puerto Vallarta.
