Casa Sueños del Mar is a private luxury villa perched above the bay in the lush hills of Conchas Chinas, offering sweeping ocean views, full staff, and an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle just minutes from the Romantic Zone and Los Muertos Beach.

Blending traditional Mexican architecture with refined modern design, the villa feels peaceful and secluded while remaining close to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Days are spent beside the heated infinity pool and hot tub, on the expansive terrace, or enjoying the villa’s open-air living spaces surrounded by tropical greenery and panoramic views.

What truly sets Casa Sueños del Mar apart is the full-service experience. Your stay includes a dedicated team of three — a private chef, houseman/bartender, and daily housekeeping — all focused on making your stay relaxed and effortless.

Chef service includes two consecutive freshly prepared meals per day, Monday through Saturday, with a choice of breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Breakfast and dinner on the same day, or a third meal, may be arranged for an additional charge. Groceries and beverages are customized to your preferences and charged at cost. Additional meals, special requests, dietary accommodations, and Sunday service can be arranged in advance.

We truly loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The home is absolutely stunning and comfortably accommodates four couples with ease. What impressed us most were the breathtaking views — the ocean, the mountains, and the city all coming together in one spectacular panorama. The sunsets were simply picture-perfect every evening.Each room is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The level of service made the experience even more exceptional. Margarita, the housekeeper, was wonderful — fresh sheets every day and everything impeccably maintained.Chef Edgar exceeded our expectations at every meal. His cooking is creative, beautifully presented, delicious, and surprisingly healthy — a rare and perfect combination. Alberto and Jorge were incredibly attentive, taking care of us morning and evening and crafting delicious poolside drinks.This was truly a flawless vacation experience. We wouldn’t change a thing and cannot wait to come back.

The views, the people, the food.....Our stay at Casa Sueños del Mar was a true vacation in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, we left our worries behind and fully relaxed. The home is truly one of a kind and beautifully stocked with everything you could need.Perched high in the jungle with sweeping ocean views, the setting is breathtaking. From the villa, we enjoyed bird watching, whale watching, and stunning sunrises and sunsets—all without leaving the property. The house was perfect for our group of six, offering complete privacy in each bedroom while the open-concept pool, living, dining, and kitchen areas created the perfect space for memorable family time.The people made this experience exceptional. Jeff is an outstanding host who went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. The staff—Alberto, Margarita, Edgar, and Jorge—quickly became part of our family. Ivette from MexiTravel handled all transportation, reservations, activities, and in-villa massages, remaining flexible and attentive even when plans changed.We’ve loved visiting Puerto Vallarta for over 12 years, and Casa Sueños del Mar will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Tip: plan on using Uber unless transportation is pre-arranged—the hill is steep! Bring your own binoculars—there’s so much to see in the trees and the ocean.

This home is everything that was promised. The facilities were excellent and the staff amazing. Alberto managed the property to the highest standard and accommodated any of our requests. Edgar's food was fantastic with the only downside being that we know we will be disappointed by our own local Mexican restaurants! Margarita kept the villa spotlessly clean. And we enjoyed Jorge and his cocktails. It was hot, but the pool was the perfect spot to cool down and relax. Mexitravels was great for reliable travel from and to the airport. I recommend going to the Malecon and Zona Romantica and use Uber as it was inexpensive and timely. The bottom line is that our family had a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful property and staff!

House is just as advertised. Perfect indoor and outdoor spaces. Views are amazing and we are very meal outside overlooking the bay. House was clean, pool and hot tub perfect. Edgar is an amazing cook and every meal was perfect. Missing his ceviche and aguachile! Margarita was excellent and even did our laundry which was a huge plus. Jorge and Alberto were wonderful also. Easy to uber to town, great location.

Beautiful Holiday Retreat

This home is a lovely property with great indoor/outdoor living. The pool and hot tub were used every single day at all times of the day. We could not have enjoyed the staff, the food and the house more. It was a short Uber ride to town for a variety of tours and great local bars, but we were happy to have a quiet retreat away from the 10pm-6am club life of PV. Would highly recommend.

Unforgettable Trip

We stayed here for our husbands 40th birthdays. There were six of us and the entire trip was magical. Edgar the chef made amazing food. He took any request and elevated it. It was better than anything we could have thought up. It truly was a 5 star dining experience everyday. Margarita and Alberto took care of us everyday. The house / our rooms were always clean, snacks and drinks were constantly being offered. They were so kind and helpful. Jorge made fantastic drinks! He would use fresh fruit and add in his own flair. We were always excited to see him. The house…. Perfect. Everyone had their own large bedroom and attached bathroom. We had our own space but also a couple beautiful gathering spots that were perfect for game nights. We travel together often and this trip had us saying “wow” each and everyday. They set up excursions and offered ideas and fun things to do around town. The owner is also wonderful to communicate with. Everything was so easy and we felt relaxed and grateful. We will absolutely be back.

Great villa with awesome staff!!!

We had a great time at the villa. The place was very easy to relax by the pool, family room or in the separately placed bedrooms. The staff was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were well cleaned daily by Margarita and the cooking by Edgar was incredible. Plus the margaritas Alberto made were a big hit. Would definitely go back in the future.

50th Anniversary Trip

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and our experience could not have been better. Jeff is quick to respond to messages, the staff is amazing and took great care of us and the home itself is fabulous! Beautiful property, well maintained and exactly as pictured. Special thanks to Edgar, our chef, who prepared delicious meals all week but also made a beautiful anniversary dinner for my parents. Don’t hesitate to book this property it’s absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful home

Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful with all the comfort you need to have a relaxing stay. Plenty of space for a family of 10. Rooms are all suite style with their own bathrooms and living space. Pool and common areas are clean and spacious. The staff was the best part of all. They are friendly and accommodating. Amazing Family vacation!

This property was truly amazing. The photos accurately resembled the actual house, which was nice. It comfortably fit our family of 9 with ages ranging from 10 to 67. Felt incredibly safe our entire stay. A short Uber ride to downtown and shuttles to and from the airport. The most amazing part of our stay was the staff. Alberto, Margarita and Edgar were always so sweet and were always trying to make sure we had whatever we needed at anytime. Edgar the chef was totally AMAZING! We basically left it up to him what to serve/ cook for all our meals. In addition to everything being so tasty, he always accommodated our 10 year old with an egg allergy and our 11 year old that recently got braces. Kids and adults alike had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every meal and our stay as a whole! Will definitely come back. 5 stars for sure.

Relaxing Villa in Puerto Vallarta

This was our first time renting a private property that comes with a chef and other staff. It was amazing and exceded all our expectations! The property is beautifull and there were no details spared, from the design to the amenities. We loved the pool and hottub and appreciated the ability for each couple to retreat to their own rooms. The rooms were all spacious and stunning in their own way. We want to thank the Chef,Edgar again for all the amazing meals! Muchas gracias. We also want to thank Roberto; Margarita and Jorge for all they have done for us to make it such a relaxing and amazing holiday!!! We highly recommend Casa Suenos del Mar. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of PV below. Close enough for a quick visit or meal but a true haven of peace, birds, endless ocean views and whale watching to retreat to. I suspect we will be back…

Absolutely Amazing

The house was absolutely beautiful with amazing sunsets. The staff were great ! We can’t say enough about Edgar the Chef- he is hands down an amazing Chef and does everything he can to make your meals and stay unforgettable. Alberto and Margarita were the day staff. They were super nice and made us feel Welcomed and were available to help us with any questions we had. The owner was easily accessible and responded when we inquired about something. If you have a chance to come to Puerta Vallarta you must stay here! Luxury is waiting for you ❤️

Just Like The Photos!

I can’t say enough good things about this magnificent property and the amazing staff that came with it! The ocean views and the meals prepared by Chef Edgar were out-of-this-world! Our group of eight wandered off the property one day, but came running back to paradise as soon as we could and never left again! This place truly has it all! Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

This was our second visit to Sueños del Mar. We simply could not ask for a better way to spend 11 days then with the staff and the environment created at this lovely villa. This villa holds all amenities needed, as well as a very attentive and professional staff, who have become our friends! The owners of the Villa have set the bar high, and we were not disappointed. Wonderful Vacation

The house is exactly as described and is located in a beautiful residential area up a steep hill. The house is big enough for eight adults to enjoy some quiet time or be social around the pool. As others have noted, the house staff is outstanding. We arrived on a Sunday late in the afternoon , normally their day off, but were greeted by the entire staff with a snack and margaritas. Before they departed, they made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful first night at the house. We hope to return next year to see are new friends and enjoy such a beautiful place.

Fabulous 2.0

Last year we stayed at Casa Suenos del Mar, and had an amazing family vacation. For the next 50 weeks we were counting down the days to our next visit, and when we did not think it could get any better, this year it superseded not only last years' experience but all our expectations. From the moment we entered the house and were met by the fabulous staff, Edgar the Chef, Miguel the mixologist, Margarita the housekeeper and Alberto the House Manager, it was like coming home and seeing one's family again. Because we knew of Edgar's amazing cuisine, we only made outside dinner reservations for one evening. because we did not want to miss any of Edgar's dishes. From his amazing Mexican cuisine for some of the breakfasts, lunches or dinners to the fabulous rissotto's to the freshest lobsters, octopus and shrimps for an out of this world seafood barbecue. The spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the magnificent sunsets were complemented by the impeccable service and attention to detail. Every request was always met with a smile and the execution was flawless. The house is lovingly cared for and always spotless, from the game room to each of the bedrooms to the fabulous, well stocked kitchen and bar to the comfortable living room, no detail was spared. Every bedroom suite provides a distinct level of privacy yet the common areas are great for family gathering. And of course, it was great to again spend time on a yacht with a great crew. Miguel can arrange reservations for anyone staying at the house. Our family snorkeled, swam, saw whales, manta rays and sea turtles swimming alongside our boat. The crew was outstanding. We are already planning and counting the days to our next stay at Casa Suenos del Mar, to make it a trifecta !
