Casa Sueños del Mar is a four bedroom, six bath luxury villa located in upper Conchas Chinas.
Casa Suenos del Mar is a beautiful combination of traditional Mexican charm, inspired architectural elements and modern luxury. Designed and built by a renowned local architect, the villa won awards for best single family home design. The villa was lovingly renovated in 2019 with interior design by Gasca Disenos, all new furniture and furnishings, custom artwork, and a host of modern conveniences including Lutron lighting, Sonos sound system, electronic locks, and more.
You will enjoy total privacy in this secluded villa just minutes from Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. The villa has over 6500 sf of interior living space and an indoor/outdoor feel throughout. The 3500 sf terrace offers sweeping views of the Banderas Bay, Marietas Islands, and downtown Puerto Vallarta, a private heated pool and jacuzzi, luxurious lounge chairs, oversized umbrellas providing plenty of shade, and two outdoor dining areas, all in a secluded jungle environment. The villa is located in a gated community with private security.
The villa has four bedrooms, all of which have large en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds, and the fourth has two single beds that can be converted to a King. The giant master bedroom has a king bed, den with a queen sleeper sofa, panoramic views, and a private balcony. The Casita bedroom has king bed, charming sunken sitting area, and floor to ceiling windows offering a stunning bay and jungle view which is perfect for watching the ships as they move about the bay. The Jungle bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and huge wrap-around windows offering jungle and bay views. The Tower bedroom has two single beds (convertible to a king), sitting area and garden views. All bedrooms have a TV and luxury linens.
The villa offers plenty of entertainment options, including a game room with a pool / ping pong table, English language streaming US channels, streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Sonos speakers throughout the villa, and a heated pool / jacuzzi. TV’s are located in each bedroom, the living room, and the game room. A variety of card and board games are also available.
You will be totally pampered by our staff including daily maid service, private chef, houseman. The staff works a full day Monday through Friday and half a day on Saturday, with Sunday off. Your stay includes two consecutive meals per day (Breakfast/Lunch or Lunch/Dinner) Monday through Saturday. Breakfast is served around 9 am, Lunch is served around 1 pm, and Dinner is served around 7 pm. A third meal and service on Sunday are available for a fee. Generally, all guests will be served the same thing for each meal although accommodations can be made for specific dietary or allergy restrictions. Food and beverage costs are not included and will be reimbursed in cash during your stay.
