The main bedroom of the unit has a Queen sized bed with terrasse with ocean view, the 2nd room is furnished with a full-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping _4__ people. The living room is furnished
with couches and an entertainment center for your enjoyment including wifi. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator & other small appliances. LOVELY WELL APPOINTED UNIT
We just returned from a two week stay at the Aria Ocean. We rented two units. One larger with more family space for a family of 8 and this unit. Our 2 adult sons and one girlfriend used the unit for the first week and then when they returned home my husband and I moved in. We were thrilled. We were tucked away in the corner away from everything and loved it. Yes as you sit on the deck in the evening you can hear some music from the Riu Jalisco but the hotel is very respectful and has everything shut down early In addition we chose to embrace the music and it turned out great. The kitchen was very well stocked. There is no oven but the toaster/convection oven is magnificent and we were even able to bake Mac and cheese in it. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Many dishes are plastic so you don’t worry about breaking anything. The fridge looks small but had a lot of space for 2 people for essentials and 2 meals Was great. Lots of utensils etc. The bathroom on the main floor serves its purpose and has the beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles etc. Upstairs you find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The smaller room has a nice bed and bedding and has an oversized interior window that offers a significant amount of light but it cannot be opened. Certainly not a problem. The larger room is a lovely size. The closet and drawer space is very good In addition the washer and dryer are tucked in the cupboard, are easy to use, and very convenient. The bathroom has one sink and a nice sized shower. As long as you are not travelling with people you don’t know well, even though you are sharing a bathroom, remind yourself you are in paradise. Our review wouldn’t be complete if I did add my husband’s must be included comment. The Weber bbq was FABULOUS Just a dream to grill shrimp on.

Great Time Away
It's been many years since last visiting PVR. We had originally considered a set of properties spread over the area and, ultimately, decided to go with Sam's property. We selected it based upon our desire to: be away from the hustle of downtown PVR; have quick access to a very long beach that we could walk for miles on; and, enjoy clean/modern accommodation amenities. We also rented a car for the entire 8-day stay. During our trip, we reflected upon our decision and, after having explored the neighbourhoods where our other accommodation choices were located, we felt confident of having made the right decision for what we wanted from this vacation. The photos genuinely reflect the actual accommodation offering. The bedrooms are located on the second floor of the condo. We appreciated having the second bed/loft area. The washer/dryer in-suite was really great to have. The A/C worked well on both floors. Further, we enjoyed having the main floor 2-piece bath. Having a good-sized/supplied kitchen was important to enable us to easily store food/drink and to prepare breakfasts and snacks. There are two balconies (one on main floor and one on second accessed from the main bedroom), Though, during our stay, we didn't use either balcony, nor the BBQ. We also didn't use the on-site pools. There is dedicated/free parking for the complex once you get through gated security. Two large grocery stores are located nearby for a quick drive over. Sam maintained active contact with us. He confirmed with us arrival times and ensured someone was ready to greet us on-site. There has been some concern by travellers about the construction of the adjoining tower to the complex, but we couldn't hear any of it from our condo. Once outside, there was some noise, but nothing significant. From the main bedroom, you could hear the music/entertainment each evening coming from the hotel located two lots over. Everything stops for the evening by 11:00pm, which aligned with the posted rules for Sam's condo/rest of the condo complex. All in all, a great stay! We really enjoyed the trip.

Relaxing Vacation - Perfect Location - Excellent Accomodations
This was our second stay and the best at Arias/Aqua. The condo was beautiful with all the comforts of home. We did go out for dinner a couple of times in Bucerias but cooked most of our meals right at the condo. Privacy is important to us and during our 17 day stay we were able to keep the large sliding glass doors and blinds open 24/7 – with ceiling fans up and down we did not need to run the air conditioners. Very comfortable. Arias Ocean is located within easy walking distance of two large supermarkets and we took public transit each Sunday to La Cruz which boasts a huge farmers/craft style market and fresh fish market. Since our last stay 2 years ago Arias has established a pool side bar and lunch service. Nice! During our stay we did not have a single issue! Gracias to the owners!

A bit of paradise
We spent 12 nights at Sam and Cecilia's condo and were very pleased with our experience. Sam had a caretaker meet us at the security gate as soon as we arrived. Although her English was minimal and my Spanish even more limited, we were able to communicate all the necessities. Shortly after we arrived, I received an email from Sam to ensure we had everything we needed. After that, we communicated via text messaging. He responsed immediately to all my inquiries. The condo was extremely well supplied. The only thing missing was a dustpan so we could sweep the floors. There was one folding beach chair to take to the beach but it would be great to have two chairs. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A nice ensuite bathroom alongside. Nice flatscreen tv with Netflix. Incredible pool, the biggest I have seen and a nice poolside restaurant/bar if you didn't feel like cooking or leaving the condos. Construction noise was a little annoying as well as the evening live shows at the resort next property. Didn't allow that to spoil our wonderful stay. Thank you Sam!

Even though construction was going on our unit was quiet. Infinity pools by ocean were gorgeous !
Our hosts were very attentive and onsite rep as well. Condo was beautiful and newly renovated. Loved having washer & dryer in unit! It was a delight to join this happy close knit group who travel here often. Fitness classes in the morning were an unexpected treat! Long walks and kayaking at the beach were my favorite activities. Explored more of north end of bay and bus stop directly across the street was super convenient. We walked into Bucarias several times to enjoy restaurants and stores as well as chalk art that was amazing! Thanks to fantastic hosts for s wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

Lovely Accommodations
The condo itself was very well equipped with everything that you would need for cooking and feeling right at home. The pool and beach were beautiful. The only drawbacks that I had were that there was no view of the ocean, the construction was ongoing until 6pm everynight with the exception of Sunday and you are far from any town. I did walk into Bucerias via the beach one afternoon and it took about 45 minutes. I took a taxi anytime other than that when I wanted to go anywhere. Sam and Cecila were both very good at communicating and very accommodating. I would recommend this property highly for the private location and pool as well as beach! Thank you again, I did enjoy my visit!

Our condo was clean and quite large. We were very happy with the quick response when we had a minor problem. The complex itself was awesome-very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We found it abit far from amenities. Also would suggest a binder with info on the T,V. and washing machine.And info about the buses and cabs. Closest grocery store etc. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
