The apartment is for 1-2 adults only.
It has refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher machine, washing center, firm king size bed, air conditioning, WiFi Internet (100 Mb speed), electric curtains, security box, first aid kit,two big Smart Tv, and both include HD cable TV and active Netflix account; there are some books in Spanish, French and English; board games. There is a large balcony, overlooking the street, which surrounds the apartment. The apartment has its own parking place.
If you want a daily cleaning service, it will have an additional cost.
The apartment is ten minutes from the airport and downtown, five minutes from Marina Vallarta. It is surrounded by shops, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Apartment rules:
a) To hire the apartment requires a minimum of 25 years old.

b) The apartment can be occupied by one or two guests.

c) There is a security deposit that is returned in full at the conclusion of the contract, unless during the stay of the guests there has been a defect or accident in the furniture of the apartment (if something breaks or is damaged, say so to the cleaning person or directly to me).

d) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

e) Pets are not allowed.

f) Keep the apartment clean and do not disturb the neighbors with excessive noise.

g) Guests are responsible for purchasing the necessary supplies during their stay in the apartment; upon arrival they are granted some amenities in a welcome kit: shampoo-conditioner, soap and body gel.
