Beachfront steps from Romantic Zone: Casa Cuatro Abrazos (Entire House)

Just built in September 2020, Casa Cuatro Abrazos welcomes you with incredible ocean views and direct beach access right out the front door. The house has a stunning roof garden with a pool , jacuzzi and the best views in Vallarta, as well as a lower level with another pool and full kitchen. Casa Cuatro Abrazos is one of few standalone beachfront houses this close to town.

This listing is for the entire house as a completely private home. Please see our other listings for the option of renting just the upper 2 bedrooms or the lower 2 bedrooms, each pair with private kitchen and living room.

- All showers have a second "telephone" shower head
- Cleaned daily by professional staff

Finally, a full time concierge is included with the house rental; the concierge is dedicated exclusively to Casa Cuatro Abrazos and can help with event bookings, scheduling of massages or food delivery, or just remembering how to turn on the jacuzzi. The concierge can be present in the house during the day or not, based on guest preferences.

Also the house includes a chef who can prepare the most delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner at no extra cost (you only pay for ingredients). Or if you prefer very close to the house you will find the best restaurants.

We will issue Mexican invoices (CFDIs) for our guests that wish to make their visit tax deductible in Mexico.

Our stay here was incredible! Everything about the home exceeded our expectations — the spacious bedrooms, stunning ocean views from every level, the large common areas, and the rooftop pool and hot tub with breathtaking views were all spectacular.Our concierge, Adriana, was kind, attentive, and helpful in every way. Our chef Miguel and cook Claudia were extremely accommodating and prepared some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. Vanessa and Flora, the housekeepers, kept the bedrooms and common areas spotless every day and were always lovely to be around.We truly had an amazing experience and cannot wait to come back!

We had a fantastic week at Casa Cuatro Abrzos! Adriana was on top of any requests for help and suggested many fun activities and restaurants.Ivan and Claudia were both amazing. Ivan's meals were so so so great. We enjoyed everyone of them Claudia was always there early preparing wonderful breakfasts. The cleaning staff were always very friendly. I didn't meet the security guard, but it was nice to have someone there while we slept.I would highly recommend this villa!

SPECTACULAR

My wife and kids and I are frequent travelers to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed at some amazing places. This time, we were acting as tour guides for the extended family, including my 80 year-old in-laws, and this property was absolutely perfect.For them, the elevator was key, because you want to be able to get around this beautiful house! Each bedroom was unique and comfortable, but spent most of our time at both pools and the great room. My personal favorite was the rooftop infinity pool with the hot tub and incredible view of the beautiful city. The main floor has the great room and kitchen and dining area. Plenty of lounging and dining space for a large group, with an open air view of the bay for whale watching, vegging out, or, given our timing, watching March Madness.Now for the staff - can't say enough good things about them. The housekeeping and security staff were friendly, conscientious, and attentive. Chef Ivan and Assistant Chef Claudia were equally friendly and made some incredible meals for us every day, with plenty of accommodation for diets, preferences, and timing. You will definitely want plenty of meals in house! Last, but certainly not least, is Adriana the house concierge, she was on site every day, answered all of my stupid questions promptly and politely, arranged rides, spa treatments, groceries, and so much more. You can't ask for anyone better.If you have the means and availability, definitely stay here - just not when I want to!

Beautiful, perfect location

Amazing location on the beach with a private pool but still walkable into town, that's rare in PV because PV is mostly condos or houses up on the hill. Ivan and Claudia were lovely and the food was delicious. The rooms had gorgeous windows opening onto the ocean, except the beige room but we didn't use that one. Only observation is that the house is very tall and narrow with everyone on different floors so the rooms feel separate from each other. It's not a bad thing, just different than other houses where the rooms open up into into a central area. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Week in Puerto Vallarta

We are a family of 7 (ranging in age from 12 to 83) and we had a fabulous time during our stay at Casa Cuatro Abrazos. We made use of both pools and the hot tub every day. The location was great with access to the city and nearby beaches. Rooms were well-equipped and housekeepers Flora and Vanessa kept them spotless with daily cleaning. Adriana, the concierge, was friendly and efficient and was ready to help with anything we needed. But the highlight was the food. Claudia prepared excellent breakfasts each day. Chef Ivan was a master and was personable in all communications with us. Meals were deliciously served and plated beautifully. We never ate a meal out while staying for a week. Ivan made excellent menu suggestions and went out of his way to accommodate several of us who needed gluten-free meals. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.

Exceeded Expectations!

This house is incredible. It might be the first short term rental we've stayed in that truly exceeded all expectations. Stunning views, beach access, and the staff were all amazing. Adriana went out of her way to make our weekend smooth and relaxing. 10/10 would stay again.

Fantastic House, Food and Service!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Casa Cuatro Abrazos. From beginning with reservations to the ending departure everything was taken care of. Ivan the chef and Claudio his sous chef were amazing and the food was delicious. Adriana was very professional and on top of it all. They made us feel very welcomed and at home. The house is great, the location great, the pools great, the view great, the food great, the service great, the beachfront and walk to town great. We just loved it! We want to return next year.

Amazing family vacation!

Our family (5 adults and 2 children) stayed at casa cuatro abrazos in December 2023. It was as close to perfect as it could have been. The location, the house, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. Adriana helped coordinate activities like jet skis brought to the nearby beach. Ivan prepared wonderful meals. Each room had its own air conditioning, so when the baby was sleeping we kept the room cool. When the grandfather was sleeping he kept the windows open and the a/c off to listen to the ocean. We saw whales right from our balcony! We used both pools and the hot tub every day. It really was a perfect family vacation!! I know there are a ton of great reviews, so I wanted to add one. We highly recommend this property!! We will be back!!!

Almost perfect!

This was a great house for our extended family of 8 adults. The bedrooms were perfectly comfortable and the maids did an excellent job of cleaning and daily making of the beds. (The frequency of changing the bed linens is up to you, which is so nice). They also did your laundry. Such a wonderful perk. The food was very well prepared by Ivan and Claudia. Adriana, the manager, host and concierge took very good care of us. She got us the best tables at the popular restaurants and was very responsive to our requests. We had two amazing yoga sessions by the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the ocean, which she arranged at our request. The only thing lacking was comfortable seating in the common areas, especially the beautiful rooftop pool area, where we wanted to spend the majority of our time. There were only 3 useable uncomfortable lounge chairs for 8 of us. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay at Casa Abrazos.

Our stay at Casa Cuatro Abrazos was a true haven of elegance and comfort for our party of eight adults. The house offered a perfect blend of stunning amenities and spacious relaxation spots. Whether sunning by the rooftop pool overlooking Banderas Bay, enjoying sports in the breezy open-air living room, soaking in the pool in the below living room, or practicing yoga on the bottom pool deck, there was always ample room to spread out and unwind. What truly set our experience apart was the warm hospitality of our hosts. Ricardo, the concierge, was a true professional, ensuring a seamless trip with timely recommendations and patient answers to our many questions. Luis ensured our nights were worry-free and Azucena's quiet presence maintained the house impeccably, with clean laundry each day! The culinary prowess of Claudia and Iván, the kitchen duo, was the crowning glory. From Claudia's delightful banana pancakes and fresh juice to Iván's gourmet dinners, every meal was a masterpiece. Sea bass, lobster tail, crab enchiladas – a culinary journey that brought our group together for laughter, fellowship, and unforgettable memories. We eagerly anticipate our return to this enchanting retreat.

Perfect!!

Casa Quattro Abrazos is an incredible home. We were in awe—photos don’t even do it justice! The locations is perfect with easy access to the beach for a nice beach walk to town. We were so well taken care of throughout the entirety of our stay by the staff, allowing us to fully able to relax without having to worry about spending time at the grocery store, cooking, or cleaning! They were also very helpful with recommendations and booking accommodations. We are already planning our next visit. One tip for blondes: Don’t get your hair in the pool!

Excellent vacation!

Our stay here was amazing…. The view cannot be beat! Ricardo was attentive whenever we needed anything. The best part was the service! Every meal that the cooks prepared were delicious and created with the freshest/best ingredients. They were also very accommodating with preparing meals/drinks for children. The maid service was also above our expectations. Everything was very clean. She even washed our laundry daily so I didn’t have any to do when I returned. This was by far the most relaxing and best vacation we have ever been on!

Pampered in Puerto Vallarta

An amazing house with breathtaking views morning through evening. Our family took full advantage of the pampering staff from 5 star meals, to lay dry services and concierge arrangements. Plenty of room to relax and entertain so many luxuries surround. Our favorite feature that pictures alone can not capture is the rooftop pool and panoramic views. Beautiful Property Excellent Staff

We had a wonderful time. The house and staff are impeccable. The service was top notch from Ricardo and Ivan and Claudia make the most wonderful meals. The home is a short walk on the beach to Los Muertos and the Malecon. Each room is perfect for a large group. Ricardo arranged everything from meal reservations to pick up and drop off at the airport. We definitely will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wonderful House

Casa Cuatro Abrazos was an amazing stay for my family of 9 of all ages. There were private rooms with beautiful views that allowed for each couple to have privacy, but also multiple common areas for everyone to get together. There was an elevator to easily get to all 5 floors, strong wifi in each level, 2 pools including a rooftop deck that overlooked the city, and a private entrance to the beach which made entering town really easy. It was close enough to the main strip of restaurants yet far enough to be quiet. Ivan and the cooking staff were extremely helpful making any meal requests and drinks for everyone. I would recommend this house for any large group of travelers that would like to stay together on their trip.

Spoiled in Puerto Vallarta

Wonderful house and service during our stay in PV. House right on beach with rooftop (5th floor) and 1st floor pools. We really enjoyed the house, which was recently renovated, and were spoiled by the excellent staff (Ricardo - house manager; Ivan - Chef, Claudia - breakfast chef). Would definitely use the chef dining service. Claudia cooked us breakfast every morning. Ivan prepared many lunches and dinners which were exquisite; he also makes a great margarita. Ricardo arranged for everything and was always available for us to contact. House is right on water and steps from a great beach if you want to put a towel down there. We ended up walking about 5-7 minutes to the heart of China Beach and rented chairs. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property, professional staff and GORGEOUS Sunsets

This was a great place for us to stay with our 2 families. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, from Ricardo (the concierge), Ivan (senior chef) and Claudia, made our vacation stay at Casa Quatros Abrazos, perfect and memorable. They were attentive, receptive to requests and didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care. In particular, Ivan's lunches and dinners were Michelin quality, while Claudia's breakfast service was better than Four Seasons' brunch! The house is even better than the pictures and sunsets can be viewed from all 5 levels of this superb home. We had a wonderful stay!

40th Birthday Celebration with 7 guests

Truly amazing house with a stellar staff. This was my first time renting a property with full staff included, and it did not disappoint. Ricardo and the entire crew of 6 were so attentive and friendly. Meals were very good including the vegetarian options for some of our guests. Having access to two pools, a hot tub, and the beach at our fingertips made for a very relaxing trip. Perfect location for those looking to stay near the Zona Romantica beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again. It is great for a big family or group of friends. Even when there was a major but temporary issue, Ricardo and the Owner went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure we were taken care of properly. Truly 5-star stay.

Great place for a vacation... Awesome house and staff

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Casa Cuatro Abrazas! It is a beautiful house with an excellent staff in a great location. It is a short walk to the nearby beach, and just over a hill is a path to the town and restaurants. The highlight of the trip was the food and friendly staff. The chef Ivan and assistant chef Claudia were amazing! They were very accommodating in terms of allergies; we had two gluten free people and every meal was either gluten free or had gluten free options. In addition, they were beyond pleasant and kind. Our group loves Mexican food and we let them make what they wanted and everything was delicious and not too heavy. They were very open to suggestions. The food was unbelievable and creative.Breakfast was amazing; we had chorizo and eggs, granola and yogurt, beautiful fresh fruit served with freshly squeezed juice. One day, we requested a lighter lunch and they made a creative shrimp ceviche with an apple/avocado sauce that was over the top. The fish tacos were very good, cooked perfectly and served with a nice sauce. We had pico and guacamole most days. Ivan and Claudia brought us margaritas most afternoons without asking. Our first night we had a choice of fish in a light tomato sauce or beef stuffed passilla peppers which were incredibly light and well spiced. For dinner, we had a chicken with a pumpkin sauce that was to die for. One of my favorite dinners was Ivan’s grandma’s recipe for chicken with a creamy poblano chili sauce. I have never had such good Mexican food, this is saying a lot having traveled in Mexico multiple times and lived in southern California. The house staff Maria and Azulzana were very friendly and also kind, they made us feel welcome. The house was very safe and secure, and all of the staff were very trustworthy. Finally, the elevator was incredibly helpful for our family. Our grandparents are in their 80s and it made the house much more accessible for them. I highly recommend this house to a group or family.
