This small new apartment building is three stories high and has a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bed "hotel" unit on the first floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the second floor, two 1 bedroom apartments on the third floor, and a large roof top patio.

This listing is for Apartment #5 which is on the third floor of the building.

The building is on the same property as Casa Cúpula which is also listed on VRBO.

The building is in traditional Mexican style with tile floors and smooth stucco walls.

For our guests staying more than one week we will provide housekeeping to change out your linens and clean the floors and bathrooms.

In the pictures I've shown the plan for this unit. I've also included a shot of the survey of the property which shows where the apartments will sit. Also pictures of the existing back yard to show the pool. We will be expanding the concrete area around the pool to allow more spacious seating. Another gathering/relaxing area will be the roof top patio. It will have shaded and sun area and lounge chairs to lay out and enjoy the sunshine.

On the first floor we have a "hotel" unit which is simply a King size bed and bathroom. This will be a great option for anyone having friends or family coming to visit for a week or two during the winter.

The apartments will have a dumbwaiter to transport your luggage, water, food, etc from the ground floor to your apartment floor.

The entry to the yard area is off of the path which parallels the dry river bed.
