I booked this hotel based on its online advertising, which turned out to be very misleading. Several amenities and features shown in the listing were either unavailable or did not exist at all. The STANDARD room we were given did not match the photos or description.
Most concerning, the room had no window, something that was never disclosed during booking. Because I am asthmatic, the lack of proper ventilation caused serious health issues, and we were forced to leave three nights early for medical reasons. This was not a matter of preference but of safety.
When we informed the staff, there was little understanding or effort to accommodate us. Had the hotel been honest about the room conditions, we would never have booked this stay.
The room did not match the photos, and features that were a big reason for my booking were either “out of order” or never existed in the first place. When I raised this with staff, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this was a common complaint they were used to ignoring.
I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the information had been accurate. Transparency matters, and this place seriously lacks it. I do not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable gambling on whether what’s advertised is actually real.
I strongly believe this property misrepresents itself and fails to consider guest well-being. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with respiratory or health concerns.
