Spectacular house with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and Cholla Bay

This home is a great place to enjoy family and friends. It has spectacular ocean and bay views. Words can't do justice to the beautiful sunsets you will witness from the patio off the living room or from the Margarita deck. The Margarita deck is also a great place to whale watch during the months of January, February and March. There is also a fire pit on the Margarita Deck.

Tucson Beach and Cholla Bay are within walking distance. Or, Sandy Beach in front of the resorts, is only a short drive away. It is a favorite place to take long beach walks at low tide.
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen, family room, dining room and half-bath are on the same level. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on their own level. There are two extensive outdoor patios--one of which includes a huge outdoor table for dining alfresco.
This home has wireless WiFi, three TVs, a washer and dryer, plenty of gated parking right next to the house.
We know that security is as important to you as it is to us. Therefore, on the bedroom level, the sliding glass doors and the entry/exit doors have security screens which allow you to sleep with the windows or sliding glass doors open so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. We also have an alarm system which you can engage whether you are sleeping or have left the premises.
