Must be 25 years old to rent. The person responsible for checking in will have an age limitation. Identification will be required upon check-in and must match the name on the reservation. During holidays and spring break, the person responsible for making the reservation must be present during the entire rental period. No smoking of any kind. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets of any kind/size/breed are allowed. Check-in: 4PM. Checkout: 11AM. Out of respect for other families, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 9PM and 9AM. Failure to abide by any of these rules may result in eviction without return of your rental payment. The damage deposit will be collected via credit card hold on or before your arrival and refunded within 7 days of checkout if no issues are encountered.
