Our host was very welcoming and considerate. Jessica checked in on us online early in our visit to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions we might have. The house was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and basic spices. It was also very quiet at night and only a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach where many times we were the only people on the beach. Nice!

Our pup could be a beach dog with just a bit of training.

The owners and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed speaking with them. The place was clean, the A/C worked great and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was functional for us, as we were not preparing many meals. I would suggest a deadbolt on the door in addition to the keyless push button entry. We would certainly rent again. Four and a half stars.

Property was beautiful, But had safety issues

My friend and I wanted to get away for a fun vacation. I’ll start with the positives. The place is beautiful and very well located close to the ocean. It was very clean. Now now for the negative, we got there at 9:30 PM on the first night due to the congestion coming over the border, we unloaded the car, fixed dinner got our pajamas and started to settle and my friend needed to use the restroom and came back and skipped on the 4 in approx ledge and slid across the floor, broke her nose, her spine and her arm. She is bruised basically head to toe and in so much pain and there was blood. It was awful. There was also no shower because the showerhead was not there. I mean it was there but it wasn’t like doing anything but trickling. When I called the owner in the morning and told him about the shower, he snickered at me and said oh yeah, right and then said he was coming down to check it what she did and he did replace it , I did tell him about the accident to my friend. The dogs were barking at him and he threatened to kick our dogs if they didn’t stop barking. We the cottage booked for three nights and we obviously had to go home the next day because my friend had Medicare and that is not covered in Mexico so we were literally left by 9:30 the next morning and we did tell him we were leaving. We asked if there was anyway to get a refund. He accused us of being drunk stay at your own risk .Conversation

Great little guest house

We were really impressed with the place. It was easy to find, a short walk to the beach and quick drive into town. The place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway and was a great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick Getaway

It’s hard to find a great place close to the beach that is pet friendly. This is it, felt super comfortable and secure here. The beach is literally a hop, skip and a jump from the house. We will definitely book again soon!

Perfect spot!

Clean and cute. Perfect quiet location and price. Awesome owner in house next door. Very short easy stroll to the beach. Hassle free check in and out. Very dog friendly! The owner allowed us to adopt another puppy while we were there, putting us over the limit. They also let us use their laundry because we were staying 2 weeks 😀😀😀

Another great stay

Perfect spot for my wife, myself & our beloved mastiff. Very close walk to great beach-nice tide pools when the tide is out, great smooth sand bottom swimming when her tide is in. Very well maintained & equipped rental at a small price

Awesome casita very close to the beach!

Great stay! The property is in good shape, very comfortable and had all the necessities. Literally a few steps from the beach. Perfect place for a couple or small family and the best part is pet friendly. We have 2 70+lbs dogs, and we had no issues. 100% will recommend.

Great Time, Great Stay!

We had a wonderful visit, the house was great; clean, spacious and met our expectations. We didn’t prepare any meals there but everything was at had if we wanted to. We loved it! We will definitely rent this place again.

Close to the Beach and a great place

The property was clean with some minor fruit flies, but nothing at all major. We were very please the beach was quite close. Google GPS does have a some trouble finding the place so extra direction details could be useful for future tenets, but that's not the places fault. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

Peaceful and near the beach

The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and serene. We walked down to beach several times a day and we practically had it to ourselves. The property has everything you could need to be comfortable. The kitchen was also very well stocked. In short, we’ll be back!

2 Weeks of Relaxation

The guest house is nicely situated in the Conchas neighborhood. There have been updates to the bathroom and kitchen, which were nicely done. What we most enjoyed was the central location. The beach is a 2 minute walk, and was spectacular. The drive to town was also easily accessible. Gary was readily available to answer any questions, and also stopped by to ensure all was well. We were there during the “low” season, and it often felt as if we had the entire place to ourselves!

Another great stay

As with previous stays we found the property clean & well equipped. The bathroom has been nicely renovated including a big shower expansion with beautiful glass door, new tile work and big nice shower head-making it a truly great shower now. This is a really great property for a couple or small family. A very close walk to the beach. Minimal traffic and noise on the surrounding streets, very nice patio and courtyard for sitting out-nice flat screen TV & direct TV satellite if you want to stay in. Will definitely be back again

Gorgeous!

The guest house was beautiful! Spacious, clean, with modern & beautiful decor. Gary came over and met with us upon arrival to insure we had everything we needed and to answer a couple questions about parking. Location was great, just a block from the beach. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!!
