SONORAN SKY ON SANDY BEACH BEAUTIFUL GROUND FLOOR 3BD 3 BATH CONDO AMAZING VIEWS

Welcome to the Sonoran Sky. This ground floor unit has beautiful views of Old Port during the day and the glistening lights of the Port at night. Sitting on the patio, the views of the ocean are unsurpassed! Walk a few steps off the patio and you are at the hot tub, walk a few more steps and you are at the sparkling pool.
A couple more steps and you are on the beach ready to play in the ocean or relax in the shade in a lounge chair under a palapa. The hot tub is only a few steps away. Please bring your own beach towels.

The Sonoran Sky Resort is a single tower resort, which gives a little more intimate feeling than some of the larger resorts. The lobby boasts a well-stocked convenience store, a computer room, and a state of the art fitness center. The upper floor has a spa with massages and many other services available. There is also a children's play area and charcoal barbecue grills located on the 3rd floor.

The ocean side of the resort has a sparkling gravity edge pool. There is a pool right on the beach level which has a swim up bar. There is a water slide pool for kids and a hot tub. There is a shaded deck that has a Tiki Bar, swinging hammock chairs, and shade palapas.

The condo has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is complete with all bedding, and towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The kitchen should have all the cookware, utensils, and dishes, you need to prepare your own meals, or visit one of the nearby restaurants! A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Laundry detergent is not provided. There is a wine/beverage cooler available to keep all you beverages chilled. The condo is decorated lovely, and it is very appealing for a comfortable vacation by the ocean. There is a private patio for your pleasure to relax or have a little siesta. There is an
8 person maximum allowed to rent a 3 bedroom condo at the Sonoran Sky. Thank you and I hope you will reserve my beautiful "home away from home".

In the 3rd floor there is a children’s play area. Also charcoal BBQ grills available and a seating area.

The condo is lovely and well appointed. The Sonoran Sky is our favorite resort. Being on the ground floor has now moved to the to top of our wish list on future reservations. The host was responsive and sent helpful info about the area and activities.

This property was great. Being on the first floor with kids was amazing and they had their condo stocked with beach toys and fun toys the kids played with. Very close to the beach and the pools and the amenities at the resort are amazing. We loved our time here and would definitely book here again

This was our first rental on the ground floor! Wow! Love the convenience of heading right out to the pool. The place is extremely spacious and clean. The master bed is extremely comfortable and slept so good while we were there! We will definitely be back.

It's been one of the best rooms we've stayed in. there all great but staying on the first floor was awesome easy access to the pool, beach, restaurant was really nice. also the room was awesome having big enough rooms with showers and plenty of space in the rest of the room makes it feel like your at home all in all great location and great room

This condo is fantastic for families. The ground floor unit is truly worth the extra cost. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Evelyn was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will for sure be booking this unit again!

We love staying in this resort we've stayed in alot of the condos here. This one was nicely decorated and had everything needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was awesome especially for our 4 kiddos. The only down sides were that they don't supply alot of the items that other condos do and this one was the most expensive one we've stayed in. The don't supply water, they didn't supply any bathroom items other than little bar soaps, they don't supply washing machine detergent and there was not enough dish washing soap available for the amount of time we stayed there. The amount of towels on hand weren't enough for a family of 8 for the time period we stayed. Also the floors get so wet from the humidity. Adults and kids fell a few times. Very very hazardous. Also we cleaned the house up when we left. There was some candy stuck on the floor and our coffee cups left in the sink because they didn't fit in the dishwasher because it was full. They wanted to charge us an extra amount after our stay in a cleaning fee because of that. Nothing was left broken all the towels were even put in the washing machine. We swept the whole house and the porch and still it wasn't enough. On another note this was not with the condo but the resort itself. The swim up bar charged one of our debit cards a BIG amount We had to cancel our debit card and file fraudulent charges. That's the 1st time for this to happen but was not ok at all! Other than these few issues we had a pleasant stay.

This was a beautiful condo at the Sonoran Sky in Rocky Point, Mexico. Check in and check out were very easy. Loved the ground floor location with very easy access to the pools and beach. Nice patio with plenty of seating! All appliances worked and we all enjoyed that each bedroom had a king bed and an en-suite bath with walk in showers except one had a bath room just outside the room! A big plus! The guest in this room did mention the bed was very soft and squeaked but the other two were very comfortable! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This condo was amazing! Absolutely flawless!! Photos do not do it justice! Everything was great. Nice and open. Perfect location. And steps away from the pool! My kids loved it so much and we will definitely be staying again! We brought 3 trucks with 3 trailers and 3 Side by sides and had enough parking for them all!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we love the location. My husband and I go to Rocky Point with our three kids ages 5,10 and 12 and my in-laws. This unit fits us all perfectly and the location can't be beat. My kids love being able to run outside to the pools, I love how close it is to the beach and the 1st floor is the best place to be. Especially when you want to quickly run to your room to get something. Its always annoying to have to run upstairs or take an elevator when you need to just grab something or use the bathroom. The unit it self has everything we need and is nicely upgraded. The beds are comfortable and the owner is very easy to reach as is the caretaker. We will definitely continue to come back to this unit!
