The condo has been completely remodeled and updated with new furniture; king-size bed. We have fully stocked the kitchen so you can prepare your favorite home-cooked meals, which has white quarz counter-tops, new Stainless Steel Appliances and all cooking essentials. At the end of the day, kick back on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoy taking in a Mexican sunset, refreshing ocean breeze and breathtaking views.

The living room has a beautiful circular sofa bed, recessed mosaic tiled ceiling soffit where the ceiling fan is hung.

The Dining Room has a Custom Round Dining Table in rustic wood that matches the coffee table. This gorgeous setting is complemented with Restoration Hardware Oyster upholstered chairs that seats 4 and is complimented with an oversized contemporary painting and a Crystal Chandelier from Restoration Hardware.

The Kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting Quartz countertops. The Kitchen has black new Stainless Steel Appliances which include refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything needed to create the perfect meal has been provided in the drawers and cupboards. There are a blender and a coffee maker on the kitchen countertop. Behind the kitchen sink, you will find the breakfast bar that has bar stools. The breakfast bar is perfect for reading the paper or for planning out activities for the day.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with matching bedside tables and lamps. We have provided you with a Luxury 650 thread count linen set for the purest and cleanest of experiences, which we have complimented with decorative pillows.

We amply provide you with 100% Egyptian Cotton Linen Bath Towels (6), Hand Towels (6), Wash Cloths (6), Facial Makeup Cloths (2) these are supplied for bath use only, not for beach or pool.

We have provided 6 luxury oversized pool / beach towels for your enjoyment. Please be sure to not leave behind.


There is also a washer and dryer provided right in the unit.

We provide you with luxury Tarocco Blood Orange Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion and 2 rolls of bath tissue; along with 1 paper towel, 2 trash liners, 1 dishwasher pod, kitchen sponge, 1 laundry detergent pod, hand sanitizer, ample anti-bacterial hand soap & Proudly provide you with a package of Fresh Local Ground Coffee .

There are 4 pools on grounds, which 2 of these are heated in winter and also 2 Jacuzzis. Charcoal grills by the pools and parking spaces in front of each tower.

There is a Swim up Pool Bar & Grill just a few steps from our patio--Enjoy a specialty cocktail or fresh, organic cuisine at SWIM Poolside Lounge & Grille, Bella Sirena’s swim-up bar and full-service restaurant.
