Rocky Point's Best Beach!

This apartment is on the second floor with only stair access. It is located behind the main house and is steps (about 50) to the beach. The main house is beachfront. We do not rent the beach house and encourage our guests to use the beachfront patio of the main house (pictured).

The apartment sleeps four in two comfortable queen size beds. There is one bedroom and the other bed is in the main room behind a pony wall - perfect for kids. There is one bathroom with a shower. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Our guard-gated community is safe.

Unlike the city, our water is delivered to us. There are two 500 gallon tanks of water available for the rental. Any usage above two tanks during a 2 night/three-day period will be the financial responsibility of the renter to refill. If you are staying for 6 nights, the second refill is part of the rental agreement, but a third refill is the responsibility of the renter. All water tank refills are on a cash payment basis.

Travel for 10 miles by car to Puerto Penasco for nightlife and the fish and curio market. Several excellent restaurants are located there. That's how far away this beach community is from the hustle and bustle of the town of Puerto Penasco.

Once you've relaxed, consider helping out Barb's Dog Rescue https://www.barbsdogrescue.org/ and adopting a new fur baby or giving one of their dogs a ride to their forever homes or adoption partners in phoenix. Barb's is 8 miles outside of Rocky Point on the main road and currently has 350 dogs in need of their forever homes and donations.
