Sonoran Sky 702 Beach Heaven on Seven Spacious Oceanfront

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located inside the beautiful Sonoran Sky Resort. The Sonoran Sky resort is one of the newest luxury resorts on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. The Sonoran Sky has hammocks by the aqua bar, a pool with a small water slide, beachfront swimming pools one of them is an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi for adults, a full spa, and a great fitness center, and a well-stocked convenience store. Balcony hot tub is not for guest use.

Located on the 7th floor of Sonoran Sky Resort is this elegant, 3 bedroom, 3 bath suite. This wonderful, stylish suite will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The living room has Victorian style furniture with rich fabric upholstery and traditional wood scrolled arms and wood detail work. Walls are finished in a hand painted faux finish. There is a sofa and matching love seat. Across from the sofa is an entertainment center with a 50” plasma TV mounted on the wall above. You can also enjoy wireless internet, cable TV, CD player, and a DVD player. The entertainment center is well stocked with plenty to watch and listen to. The sofa also opens into a queen-size sleeper.

he dining area has a mahogany table that seats six, with a matching buffet with very unique, rust-colored pottery on top. The kitchen is a gourmet delight. The appliances are all stainless steel and the oven and microwave are built-in. The countertops and backsplash are granite and the island serves as either a wet bar, with a wine refrigerator, or a breakfast bar. It seats three comfortably and the barstools have leather seats. The kitchen has a self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and mixer. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you prefer to cook up that “fresh” catch or some of those great Rocky Point jumbo shrimps, go for it. If you choose to eat out, there are great restaurants not too far from the Sonoran Sky Resort. There are also charcoal BBQ's available on the third floor.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size, four-poster bed set with a wrought iron design headboard, two matching night tables, and a large dresser. On to of the dresser is a flat-screen TV. The closet has double sliding mirror doors. There is a lighted ceiling fan above the bed and two lamps on the night tables. There are sliding glass doors that open on to the magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy a private, moonlight evening while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The master bath has a rain shower, double sink vanity, and deep Jacuzzi bathtub. The first guest bedroom has a lovely wood king size bed set with matching 3 drawer night table and dresser. This bedroom enjoys a private bath with a double sink vanity, rain shower, and linen closet. Guest bedroom 2 has a king-size bed set with oak posters and a wrought iron headboard and footboard, with matching night table and dresser. On the dresser is a flat-screen TV. The guest bath is in the hallway and has a double sink vanity with a glass door enclosed rain shower.

There is a private laundry room in the hallway with a full-size washer, dryer and plenty of additional storage space. The balcony has 2 chaise lounge chairs and a round, wrought iron table with 6 matching chairs. Balcony views are amazing! You can look out and watch the sunset and see the sky slowly changing color from yellows and gold during sunset, to shades of blue at night, when the sky reflects off the Sea of Cortez. You can also look down and see the 3 pools, the swim-up bar, the multiple jacuzzies, and the water slide. All this and more is just a few steps away. You can also enjoy the spa, which also has views of the beach or exercise in the state of the art fitness center. The Sonoran Sky Resort has it all and this suite is exceptional. The hot tub on the balcony as shown in the virtual tour is not available.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
