Great place

The house was clean and the location excellent. We really enjoyed the open view of the ocean while cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the porch. We hope to return!

Perfect getaway at the beach

The house is great. Perfect size. Clean & comfortable. Everything worked. It’s located across the street from an easy beach access. We would stay again and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Great location

While the home sits on the second row, there is an open lot providing great views of the water. There is an upstairs deck that is perfect for morning coffee. The house was great. Clean, comfortable, with an open backyard where we parked our cars at night. The only issues were lack of toilet paper, towels and a tricky lock on the door. The lock is clearly broken and needs to be replaced. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice place with ocean view

Wonderful place. Comfy beds. Perfect for our needs. Two things to consider: if you use the furnace, it is VERY loud when it turns on and likely to disturb your sleep on the side with two bedrooms. Also, bring your own TP if staying longer than three days. We ran out and were told they only provide enough for 3 days. We had to go buy our own. Seemed like a ridiculous policy and soured us on renting from this company again.

Beautiful beach house

We loved our stay. We brought our dog for the first time and the house was a perfect set up. The large backyard had a high block wall so whatever size dog would be completely secure. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Although the house is second row, the view was unobstructed and a very short distance to the water. Comfortable beds, updated, and clean. We will be back.

Enjoyed the house

The house was beautiful and it was a relaxing weekend. All of the rooms looked pretty much exactly like the photos with amazing ocean views. The twin bed room was small but big enough for two people to fit comfortably. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard and bought all of our lighter fluid and charcoal at the Oxxo nearby. Finding the house was a little confusing at first since there are so many streets, but once we found it we remembered where it was pretty easily. The pizza shop was pretty close to the house which was a plus! It’s our favorite spot to eat at in Las Conchas when we don’t feel like cooking, and they also serve coffee in the mornings.

Just as listed and oh that view!

We had a great weekend at Casa Tres Amigas. The listing was just as described, and the view was even better in person. I've been traveling to Puerto Penasco for many, many years and never thought I would stay in a second row house (I always prefer to be beachfront), but we would stay here again! As mentioned, the view is great and the beach is just a short walk. Also, the fully enclosed backyard is so convenient if you are traveling with your fur family. We did have to pick up some other people's left behind dog poop, but it wasn't a huge hassle. (Pet owners, can we do better though? Pick up your pup's poops!). We had some trouble with the plumbing in the second bathroom, but the management team was on top of it and it didn't affect our stay.

Spotless and Great Location

This house was a very pleasant surprise. We stay in Las Conchas multiple times a year, and it can be tricky to find a house small enough for 4 people or so. This house was just right for us! While the house is not technically beach front - it is very close - and the short walk is not steep. Wonderful. We will return soon.

I like everything except the picture they take of you at check-in

The house inside was cleaned. not the backyard, there was dog waste on the gravel. they also have cameras around the house which by the way they assume we had too many people. They called me and said the cleaning crew had reported to them of the amount of people, but I think they could see us with their cameras. I do not appreciate this.. I had 2 family members visiting us from Juarez and Ensenada...NOT COOL. Well, if you do not mind your privacy being invaded by cameras and you're not allergic to pets, then you should book this place. It has everything for grilling and cooking, soap for showering, a grill outside, air conditioning, cable T.V, Wi-Fi, and private parking inside the gate. Overall the house is decent.

Underrated! Amazing and will definitely rebook this property!

The pics and description/details of this listing does not do the home justice. This spacious open floor plan was perfect. Starting with the PROS: The views from the master and front bedrooms are gorgeous, with patio entry access. Every room has a TV and DVD player. Living room has a blueray player and sound bar. A/C cranks! The master suite not only is connected to the main A/C, it also has it's own a/c unit right above the bed. Water pressure was great. The washer and dryer came in handy, both work great. Loved having a dishwasher, soap tabs provided. The few "non-pros" (I can't justify calling them cons): the DW soap lid didn't open on my first load (nothing obstructing it from doing so). But worked the 2nd load. Be mindful of freezer door fully closing. The coffee maker turns off once it's done brewing, the pot is insulated though stays hot for approx. 1/2 hr. The screen doors easily fell off track. The locks on the sliding glass doors need a bit of tlc/WD-40. The only non-food supplies we had to buy (which is really a pro) were laundry detergent, charcoal & lighter fluid, liquid dish soap, shampoo & cond. Grill is in backyard. There's no formal dining area, but huge island 6-8? stools, and 2 seater bar height table. Ending w/more PRO'S: Some board games and books provided. Fully enclosed large backyard (great for pets!) with gate access to pull your cars in. Upper & lower deck patio views amazing with 7+ seating/patio furniture. No house directly in front(row 1), so you have a clear shot view of the beach. There's an outside shower and hose to rinse off. There's a "HomeRun" convenience store just up the street, 2min drive, with almost everything you could possibly. It's located at the bottom of one of the 2nd to last resort developments. Casago admin was very pleasant and helpful. Check-in & out was easy. Can't wait to go back!

The property itself was great there was only one big issue, the water, meaning the pump was not working properly so we couldn't shower, use the bathroom, or even wash our hands. The owner should maintenence this property better so this issue doesn't happen for future families. I'd rent it again if theres no issue with the water. Please that this messages into consideration its for the best. Once again the house itself was amazing, relaxing, and a plesent stay apart from the water issue.
