3 bedroom, two and a half bath home with amazing, panoramic views of the ocean in the exclusive Las Conchas community in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. There is 24 hour security. This home has an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The second floor, 1000 Square Foot deck, is truly amazing. There is also a downstairs covered patio. Both decks have plenty of seating and great views of the ocean. The sun deck is great for watching the sun set or star gazing at night. You will come back, time and time again to this lovely beach house.

The house is 2200sq. ft. The first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms a downstairs sitting area and a reading room with a small pullout couch. The top floor has a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a huge sundeck. Put the kids to sleep in the bunk bed room and the adults can stay up late, watch the sunset over the ocean, or watch DirectTV and Netflix. The 1000 SF sun deck has a patio table and chairs as well as chaises lounges. On one side you have a breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean. On the other side, you have views of the estuary with a backdrop of the mountain. You will enjoy a gorgeous sandy beach which is never crowded, and often times, you can watch dolphins playing near the shore.

A short drive will take you into town where there is abundant restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and nightlife. The home has a full kitchen, a FULL satellite TV package including HBO, Showtime, Netflix…
The house has WIFI. Bath towels and linens are provided and the home has 2 Central AC units. I also boast some of the best non beach front views in Las Conchas.
