1 Bdrm Detached Bunk House Suite sleeps 8.
1 Bedroom Detached private casita sleeps 7+.
**THE LISTED NIGHTLY RATE is for the Main house & Bunk Room for up to 18 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. See bedroom description for type of beds in each room.
RENT Main house only, just the Casita Apartment, or a combo of 2 or 3.
Ask Kim to adjust the Vrbo quote if you would like to book just the 3 bedroom main house or just the 1 bedroom casita.
The 3 units are detached. The 1 bedroom Casita is private with a short wall between it and the main house.
The entry courtyard is gated and secure to let your doggies run around.

The rental rate listed is for the 3 bdrm Main House and the BUNK HOUSE max 18 people for this rate.

Add the CASITA House to make it a 5 bdrm 5.5 bath property.
The Rate for "adding" the CASITA House starts $150 and can accommodate 7 or 8.

**The Max occupancy 27 is the max guests allowed on the property not how many guests you can have for the listed price. The listed price is for the MAIN HOUSE and the BUNK HOUSE @ 4 bedroom 4 bath. Max guests for that price is 18.

We have plenty of patio furniture. Please bring your own beach camp chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.
The kitchens are nicely appointed with small appliances, serve ware, cook ware.
**We suggest bringing paper & plastic serve ware so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time On The Beach!

There is a big screen Smart TV(Wi-fi streaming) in the main house living room. Stream Netflix, Roku, Prime video, sports and other popular programming apps.
The casita has a SMART TV & game TV with a Roku plug in. Direct TV is not available in our area at this time.

Away from the crowds and noise. This smooth sandy pet friendly beach has only 1 row of homes. Enjoy walking the beach collecting shells and sand dollars with out crowds of people all around you.
