Guests will have private access to the entire villa during their stay.



Guests will access the property using the provided key/lockbox instructions. Detailed arrival information will be provided prior to check-in.

La Bella Vita Villa #18 is within a short walk of the beach, with the option to drive and park near the beach access for an easier trip to the sand. The area is perfect for long beach walks, relaxing by the water, watching the sunrise and sunset, or simply enjoying the peaceful coastal surroundings.



The nearby estuary provides a beautiful natural setting and is a great area to explore, while Punta Roja Oyster Farm is close by for fresh, locally harvested oysters and a uniquely Rocky Point experience.



You'll also be within easy driving distance of the restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and activities throughout Puerto Peñasco. Playa La Jolla is about 20 minutes from the nightlife of Puerto Penasco. And 8 minutes from restaurants in Encantame Resorts.

The area is serviced by hauled water, so water conservation is important. Please be mindful of water usage, especially during showers and when doing dishes or laundry.



Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Off-road vehicles and trailers are not permitted for guest use within Playa Encanto/Playa La Jolla. If you are bringing an off-road vehicle, it will need to be parked at the security entrance of Playa Encanto.



Fireworks are not permitted within the community.
