Casa Ensueño -five bedroom three bath house hoa will allow razor no trailer

casa Ensueño is a new luxury Five bedroom, three-bath OceanView home 3 miles away from the main city located in Costa Diamante/Sandy Beach, the house is a small walk away to the sandy beach ( 150 m ). The master beachfront suite has a queen bed, private patio The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed. The third bedroom, has a queen bed and a twin and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed the 5th bedroom is a queen bed. The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite flat screen 40 inch TV There is a large eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous granite countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a propane barbeque , two car garage, WiFi (Wireless Internet), plus additional access to the new community pool and Jacuzzi in Costa Diamante, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and small Pets will allow. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 3 night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. The owner allows 3 more extra guests $50 Dallas for each person . After the 12 adults if an extra person fee is paid upon arrival to my cleaning lady,HOA will allow razor but no trailer. you have to off load it before you enter to the community and you have to park the trailer on a diferente park there is a parking spot 1/2 mile from the house if you want more information about it please let me know or ask the guard gate will let you know thanks
