Casa Blanca B 101 · 3 Bedroom, Ground Floor Condo

This ground floor unit has 3 BR and 2 BA with a private front patio and great view of the resort. It is equipped with private Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV’s with Direct TV in living area and in master bedroom, air conditioning and heating.
All the bedrooms have King size beds and there is a small pull out sofa in master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The beach is a short walk through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds.

The Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher and a full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware. There is a Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink and water/ice in fridge. There is a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 tall counter chairs and an additional dining table for 4 on the outside patio.
The Laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

I live full time in Rocky Point and will be able to assist you if you need anything.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.

Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.

Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA
Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.
Please book your reservation with the total number of guests staying in condo.

Early check-in (standard is 3:00 PM) depends on availability. It’s free starting at 2:00 PM. Earlier arrivals require a fee for rush cleaning:

11:00 AM Arrival: $70

1:00 PM Arrival: $40

Please let us know your preferred time so we can check availability and arrange payment if needed.
Upon arrival turn on water heater in laundry room
Access internet with network and password on router
Make sure that all guests are wearing Resort wristbands at all times during your stay.
Keep sliding doors closed when AC/Heat is turned on.
Follow Resort rules posted on the refrigerator.
Respect your neighbors, no music or noise after 10:00 pm
No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
Please remove all trash from kitchen and bathrooms. Trash dumpsters are located in parking lots. There are extra garbage bags under kitchen sink.
Owner closet is off limits.

If you have a pet, please follow the pet rules...
Allowing pets are at the discretion of the owner. A non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged for each pet. Pets will have a bracelet attached to the collar or leash. There can be a maximum of two pets. Pets are never allowed in the pool or golf course area. Pets must be on a leash when walking on the resort property and you must pick up droppings. Pets are not allowed on the condo furniture. They cannot be left unattended on the patio. Please control barking so it will not disturb other persons. We are pet owners and lovers and ask you to respect our home as you would want us to do for you.
