Beachfront Paradise Villa #23

Summary:
Villa 23 is a recently renovated villa at a small beachfront resort called Paradise Villas. It is one of just 24 villas, all with gorgeous beachfront views, access and a community pool. It is located in the beautiful Playa Encanto community, a soft sandy beach just 15 minutes east of town (deamed one of the best beaches in the region). Enjoy the upgraded kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings at this incredible oceanfront villa. It is well stocked with all the basic necesities to make you feel at home in PARADISE! Sip on your drink in the pool while watching the sun set on the beach, it really doesn't get any better! (Please note: Guests are not allowed to bring pets to this location.)

The Space:
You’ll find everything you need in our brand new kitchen, including a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, new appliances, pots and pans, etc. We provide the basic toiletries including head & shoulders 2in1 and bar soap. Bath & Beach towels are provided.

Guest Access:
We provide self check-in and check-out via lockbox key access. There is a shared community pool with access from 8am-10pm. We provide a binder with information about the area including emergency contacts and reccomondations for restaurants, bars and more!

The Neighborhood:
Playa Encanto is a beach community about 15 minutes east of town. It is pristine with soft sand and no rock formations. Many of the other beach areas here are quite rocky. Within the community there is often a taco stand serving a variety of tacos, seafood and drinks (open seasonally), Encantame Resort is 5 minutes away with a small convenience store, starbucks cafe and 2 restaurants open to the public...about 10 minutes into play encanto, you'll reach Playa La Jolla and the estuary. There is an Osyter Farm called Punta Roja, where they serve fresh oysters, grilled oysters and crab tostadas. The estuary is beautiful to explore as well. It's about a 15 minute drive to get into town where you can easily acess the bars, nightlife, malecon and more!

Getting Around:
We provide a charcoal grill on the patio for grilling.
