The Space:
Arenika Beach House is masterfully distributed across three levels that combine privacy, modern-rustic design, and an unparalleled connection with the Caribbean.
On the Ground Floor, there are four studios designed for disconnection: Xiu, Azuk, and Ko-Ko, which feature private terraces and direct access to the beach sand, along with Nikte, which offers a serene view of the garden and back terrain. The Second Floor houses the main apartment, a spacious two-bedroom unit designed for more expansive stays. On the Third Floor, you will find the Kuun, Kala, and Kiin studios, which, being at the highest part of the building, offer spectacular panoramic ocean views from their private terraces. The complex is unified through its luxury common areas, including a refreshing oceanfront swimming pool, a social palapa, outdoor restrooms and showers for added convenience when returning from the beach, and a secure, controlled parking area.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire building: all 8 private studios and the apartment, plus all common areas: pool, palapa, private beach, and parking. The property will be your own private resort during your stay, ensuring no one outside your group shares the facilities, providing unmatched oceanfront privacy.
We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Bahía Petempich is a sanctuary of unspoiled serenity. Here, luxury is silence and the exclusivity of a private sea. It’s the perfect destination for those escaping the crowds. Important note: The area is an isolated retreat. For your convenience and freedom, private vehicles are indispensable, as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Puerto Morelos is just a short drive away, offering the best of local gastronomy and culture.
Getting Around:
To protect your bubble of peace, private vehicles are mandatory. There is no public transport or shops within walking distance. We provide secure private parking for multiple vehicles inside the property. The location is an ideal base for exploring the Riviera Maya, provided you have your own mobility to come and go from this isolated paradise.
Other Things to Note:
Lost keys, cards, or wristbands: $20 USD each. Rule violation fines: up to $200 USD or eviction. Stays of 7+ nights: 20kw of electricity included per night per unit; excess at $5 MXN per kw. You are immersed in a living ecosystem; respect local wildlife. Cell signal can be intermittent, but WiFi is stable. In case of maintenance emergencies (leaks/power), notice will be given before accessing any unit.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
