Cozy apartment located in a quiet and very central neighborhood, just 4 blocks from the Jumbo supermarket, with bus and minibus service just 2 blocks away.

Fully equipped, two-story apartment; on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and one queen-size bed; on the first floor, there is a private bathroom, dining area, 1 sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, a Toyotomi heater, Wi-Fi 6 internet, and covered parking.

The following are not included:

Towels, hair dryer, luggage storage, toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, and other items; housekeeping and cleaning services are not included during your stay, but the unit is delivered clean and sanitized.

Check-in is self-service; you must retrieve the keys from a security box located next to the cabin’s entrance door.

In some cases, check-in is possible starting at noon; please check availability and make arrangements by phone.

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Rates per night are:
For 1 person: $27.000
Par; for 2 people: $33.000
Par; for 3 people: $ 39.000

A deposit of $30.000.- is required to confirm your reservation; the balance is payable in cash or by bank transfer upon check-in at the cabin.

Foreign tourists are not required to make any deposit, and we will send you the Wi-Fi password so you can connect to the network and communicate with us via WhatsApp.

The following are not permitted:
1. Holding parties or any type of celebration on the property.-
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
