You will have access to the whole house with exception of the laundry/storage room.

Our house keeper will be available to you for a few hours 7 days a week and she is able to take your clothes to a local laundry (one large bag costs around $100 pesos- if required. Laundry takes 3 days).

Q: How to make a payment?
A: On VRBO or directly with us.

- Q: Are children allowed to stay?
- A: The house is UNSAFE for children under 12 years old. The place is absolutely not suitable for children under 12 years old.

- Q: At what time are the checkin/checkout ?
- A : Checkin is at 3pm and checkout is by 11am. We are typically fully booked and thus unfortunately won't be able to accommodate early check-ins, as we want to make sure we got sufficient time to clean everything before you arrive.

- Q : We would be checking in at 7-8pm, is that a problem?
- A : Yes it's no problem if you arrive around that time :)

- Q : Can I smoke?
- A : If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the ground floor of the house. The house is made largely from bamboo and a small cigarette could lead to a big fire.

- Q : Are there options for dinner walking distance from the villa?
- A : There are places for dinner 10 minutes walking distance, and the restaurants last order is at 10PM. We recommend to use your car/motorbike or take a taxi when it gets dark.

- Q : Is there a pool for swimming?
- A : Yes. We provide a private bio-pool.

- Q : Is this property can accommodate more than 4 people?
- A : Really sorry, our maximum occupancy is only 4 people. Children older than 12 years old are counted as adults based on the Airbnb policy.

- Q: Can I rent a scooter or a bicycle?
- A: Yes, sure! Our onsite team can help you with scooter/bicycle rental.
