"Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. "My second stay at Hoposa Villaconcha in 8 months. Good location; great staff and amenities. The hotel has a strong sporting legacy but non athletes feel equally at home. My favourite hotel in this part of the island. Highly recommended. "

"Pros: Die Finca ist komplett umzäunt und nicht einsehbar. Man kann entspannt am Pool liegen und sich im Garten und in der Finca frei bewegen, ohne Einsicht der Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool werden wöchentlich von einem Gärtner gepflegt. Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 15 Min vom Strand , Alcúdia und Port de Pollenca entfernt. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und auch immer zu erreichen. Wir werden immer wieder gerne die Finca...

"Property was good although quite basic (beds and showers mainly. Light bulbs missing in lounge floor lamps and bedside bulb in room 2 not working and switch dodgy). No really sharp knife in kitchen and no storage tin eg for biscuits etc. however we really enjoyed our stay"

"The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Pollensa. It is such a great location, close to all the local shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Unfortunately during our stay there was a water supply issue to the town, which meant for over half our stay we did not have running water which made it a challenge for 7 women…no showers before dinner or ability to flush the toilets or wash up after dinner. Other local establishments did not have this issue, which seems to indicate...
