The apartment house is located on the edge of a beautiful tropical garden with a large year-round heated pool. The pool area is equipped with free sun loungers and parasols.
Our apartments are located on the upper floors of this well kept house, overlooking the city of Puerto de la Cruz, the Atlantic Ocean and the Orotava Valley (Aptos. "La Orotava", "Taoro", "Vista Atlantico") or the Atlantic, Taoro Park and Teide (Apto. "El Teide and" Buena Vista "). Elevators are available. The apartments have a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with German. TV, a bedroom (Aptos. "La Orotava", "Taoro", "Vista Atlantico", "Buena Vista") or two bedrooms (Apto. Equipment of the apartments: The fitted kitchens of our apartments are fully equipped with pots, dishes and kitchen appliances. They have an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and sink and a dining area. The living room is furnished with tasteful furniture and comfortable upholstered furniture. It has a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
The modern and tasteful bathrooms are equipped with shower ("Taoro", "Vista Atlantico", "Buena Vista", "El Teide") and Bath with shower ("La Orotava"), toilet, vanity and washing machine.
The terraces are lushly planted and equipped with loungers, seating and table. From your terrace you have a wonderful view over Puerto de la Cruz, the sea and the Orotava valley ("La Orotava", "Taoro", "Vista Atlantico") with its thousands of flashing lights at night or the Teide and the sea ("El Teide", "Buena Vista") All our apartments have free Wi-Fi.

The location of the apartment: Our apartments are located in the upper floors (elevator available) of the well maintained apartment house which is located in a large subtropical garden. The house is in a quiet location in the district of San Fernando in the immediate vicinity of the popular Taoro Park, which you just need to cross to get to the historic center of Puerto de la Cruz. Countless restaurants, shops, museums, fishing port and entertainment facilities await you there. Also the sea, beaches as well as the well-known marine swimming pools with casino are there. In the city you will also find German doctors of all kinds, banks and German-speaking shops. Opposite our house is a small grocery store with a large selection of German rolls and bread as well as other food and drinks. Various bars, restaurants and other shops are in the immediate vicinity.
The island of Tenerife: Tenerife is the largest and probably the most beautiful and versatile island of the Canarian archipelago. The island has different climatic zones and is therefore often referred to as the smallest continent. Tenerife is dominated by the highest mountain of Spain, the volcano 'Teide', at 3718 meters. In the south of the island, the landscape is characterized by dry and hot climate. while in the north of the island (there our apartment is located) rather subtropical climate with a corresponding vegetation and an annual average of about 25 degrees air temperature prevails. Bathing in the sea is possible all year round. In the height of the Teide massif in winter may even snow.
Endless hiking opportunities through beautiful eucalyptus and pine forests offer on this dream island,
which is also a paradise for naturalists and water sports. The island has several golf courses as well as two major airports, the next being Los Rodeos, only about 25 kilometers away.
