When it came time to me checking out around 9:30 am CST, the gentleman at the front desk made very little to no eye contact with me at all, and seemed as if I was disturbing him, which really didn’t make me feel as though I was a valued customer.
I also noticed, that the bed that we were sleeping in, felt as though it was leaning in towards the middle of the bed, which indicated that there may have been some springs that were broken, but it wasn’t noticeable enough, to make it difficult for us to sleep, which is why we didn’t bring it up at the time.
I also noticed, that the laundry facility door was broken, thus making it easy for anyone to break into the laundromat without the use of the card key.
On the plus side, I did like the shower, specifically, the shower-head that was installed; the refrigerator was also very accommodating for our food & drinks, and the flatscreen TV was also an added bonus.
I also wanted to point out that gentleman that was there when I checked in last night was very nice, and did his best to be very customer service driven, even though he wasn’t able to provide me the full amount of quarters for the $5 I had given him for the laundromat.
