"Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc. "

Only issue was the next morning, there had been an ice storm and we were unable to get out of the driveway due to the ice. "Outside of home was very neglected. Inside was about as advertised. We had a problem because batteries died to door lock, and we waited over 2 hours for someone to get us back into our stay. Would not go back."
