"This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island. PI is also not filled with Range Rovers and too big houses, it's wonderful!We booked very last minute for July 4th weekend and watched about 10 different fireworks displays and the charming PI parade on the 4th alone from our comfy perch on the wonderful front porch. "When you enter the shore house it’s really dark, dingy and the front desk area is very cluttered. It’s nothing like the images on the website. The bathrooms are super tiny with the sink outside in the room. The sink is so poorly constructed that you can barely wash your face or brush your teeth without getting water all over the floor. The floors of our room was dirty and sandy. The breakfast choices are awful, the almond milk was sour, the hard boiled eggs looked like they’ve been sitting out...

"The hotel was in a great location. Could walk to several restaurants and beaches. The staff kept the hotel very clean. Unfortunately our room was basically in the lobby so very noisy at times. The door to our room was very hard to open. Did not expect the sundeck and pool to be on different floors. We were promised two free drinks but it was actually BOGO which is not the same!"
