Down a short flight of stairs will lead you to a secure entrance for our cozy 600+ square foot space. The character and warmth of the apartment will immediately make you comfortable! The kitchen, which is stocked with such appliances as a toaster and coffee maker, allows for dine-in options on your stay. There is a 40” smart TV with basic cable and access to Netflix for more entertainment options. WIFI is included. A few steps up will lead you to the bedroom with a queen bed, accompanied by a desk/work space.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit. You may come and go as you like, while feeling safe and secure with electronic locks on both the entrance to the complex and the apartment. There are no keys to hassle with!

Located 3 blocks from downtown Provo, you are 50 yards to a grocery store, 1/2 block to main UTA (mass transit) line, within a short walk to dozens of restaurants, 1 block to city library, 4 blocks to NuSkin headquarters, 4 blocks to the Utah Valley Convention Center and 5 blocks to the Provo City Center Temple.

With so much so close, you may want to enjoy the beauties of UT and downtown Provo by walking. The main UTA (mass transit) line is only 1/2 block away.

Please note: One night minimum stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday, with a minimum of two nights required for weekends.
