  • 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Lehi home with a beautiful back yard. You will love relaxing in the garden gazebo with wood burning stove and built in seating for your group. The property includes a 2 car garage. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher will make your stay easy and enjoyable. Don't worry about the weather the a/c and heater will keep you comfortable. Washer and dryer are also available for your use. We are close to the freeway with access to several ski resorts.
    10% rate discount for stays over 7 days, and 20% discounts for monthly stays. For stays longer than 30 days, please feel free to contact host directly

Great family reunion house

We Loved this house! Andy was so easy to deal with and so kind. The house was beautiful and clean and big. So many rooms. We came to Utah for our family reunion and it was located in a central location. Perfect 🤗 Thank you!

Good value!

The property was close to our destination & restaurants. We wish we had known how many stairs are in the home, no bedroom or bathroom access without stairs. Kitchen was well stocked. The thermostat keep reverting to 66 degrees which was quite chilly at times.

Great family place!

We were in town for my son's wedding. The entire bridal party got ready at the house and it was perfect! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the yard is amazing! The driveway is accurately described as steep, but we just parked in the garage and loaded/unloaded from there! The location is perfect for anything from Payson to Salt Lake!!

Great location

We basically just slept at the house, but it was comfortable and a great location for both Utah and Salt Lake Valley places we needed to be. I forgot my toiletries and had to run to Wal-Mart (only 8 mins away) to get some travel size stuff as they didn't have any shampoo or body soap in the house. Other than that, this house was comfortable and clean and was a great launching point for what we needed.

Nice place for a group of friends

The home was comfortable for our group of friends. We enjoyed having a space to come together for a short weekend. Clear communication from the manner and easy check in and out.

Great property

We stayed at this property to attend the Thanksgiving Point Garden of Quilts. The property was a short easy drive to Thanksgiving Point. The neighborhood wasn't the most high scale but it was quiet and nice. It was close to restaurants, grocery store and gas. There are a lot of stairs in this house as it is a 4 level house. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes.

Both Andrew and this property are awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about this property…. pretty perfect location - close to the freeway, grocery store, and restaurants, very well maintained home and yard, along with great communication from Andrew, the property owner. Will definitely book again if we’re in the area!

Great Place for Families

My son and daughter-in-law recently moved to Lehi for a new job. This was our first time visiting Utah and the Salt Lake City area. We were hoping to find a place that could accommodate our family of five (myself, my wife, two sons, and brother-in-law) and give us room to spread out. This was the perfect place for us. Andrew was extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process, including communicating with us regarding a minor issue with a ceiling fan. He went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was perfect. The layout of the house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Although we didn't cook as much as we thought we would, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. We especially liked the backyard gazebo. It provided nice shade throughout the day and was a great place for the family to hang out. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the Lehi area. For larger families, the location, price, and quality of the home cannot be beaten. Thanks again to Andrew for being such a wonderful host. We look forward to our next trip to Lehi and hope we will be able to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This house was great for my family to stay! The location was perfect for Timanogos and Thanksgiving point and many other recreational facilities. Alsobthe comication with the owner was great.

Overall, it was what we needed

We have stayed at lots of VRBO rentals and this one was fine. And honestly most of my complaints are situational based on our group. Not the listing itself. Communication was very good and checkin was a breeze! Here are just some things I wish I knew before renting this property. As many have mentioned there are tons of stairs which is not a problem until you have an infant who only wants to live on them. So bear that in mind. The other thing, and again, this was due to my lack of reading the property description, is there are no provided toiletries. We have gotten so used to rentals providing these that when we showed up at 9pm all wanting to shower and go to bed we were severely disappointed. A quick trip to the store remedied this but I wish I had known before. The backyard and front yard were really rough looking and not at all like the pictures but I believe the owner is working on improving the yard as he asked us not to go in the backyard since they were reseeding it. All in all it was a decent rental that fit our needs since we mostly just slept there and spent our active hours elsewhere.

Met our needs

The house was great for our needs and location was perfect. We were disappointed that the yard was dead in front and back, so couldn’t use the outdoor space. The yard would be beautiful if it was alive, though. Rooms were sufficient, and management was great to work with. Would recommend. (Just check if the grass is alive if that is important to you.)

Lehi stay

Came in town for a wedding. We had three adult couples so it was nice that everyone had a room and a bathroom per couple. The house was clean and easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies.
