"Staff was friendly, cabin was beautiful and clean. All around great spot to stay. Will definitely be back!"

"I took a solo wellness/adventure trip to celebrate my retirement. I wanted to include a couple night's stay in a unique little cottage. This was perfect! Lovely and quiet. So comfortable and special. The area is very nice, close to great things but away from it all too. Kind, accommodating hosts. You can feel the love they have for their property. So glad I got to experience it. You should go."

"Michael was very committed to communication - sending us messages before our trip, near arrival, and after departure. He offered support on any questions and even had a backup contact. The clifftop views were amazing - especially the sunset. We also got to see a blue heron hanging around - and were told by neighbors that whales had been around recently. The house had everything we needed, and everything worked as expected. We used the propane grill once and the kitchen several times. The washer...

"Delightful spacious place with upscale amenities and a kitchen I’d like to take home with me. Decor was eclectic and we loved the whimsical touches. Definitely my first choice for all future stays in central Nova Scotia."

"We loved our stay at wildrose cottage! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. Check in was easy and Andrea communicated everything very clearly. The cottage is very private but still close to some local restaurants and grocery stores. We went to Halifax and the drive wasn’t long at all. We would stay again!"

"We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place! The host was fantastic with communication, always responsive, friendly, and helpful from booking through checkout. The check-in process was very easy, with clear instructions that made our arrival completely stress-free. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We also really appreciated the host's thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and things to do in the area, which...

"Our hosts (including their two dogs Milo and Enzo) were friendly and welcoming throughout our entire two week stay. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do, which we found very helpful. Their advice on availability of fresh seafood, and tremendous help in obtaining and preparing fresh lobster, made a real difference to our trip. The highlight for us was the location, which was right at the shore, allowing us to enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, and listen to the waves. Beautiful,...

"Spotlessly clean, rooms as advertised on vrbo, quick clear communication from host...perfect location to explore Cape Breton. Check in seamless as well. Would stay here again. Pro tip...bring binoculars to see wildlife on ocean right in front of the rental."
