Great outdoor space to sit and barbeque and take in the spectacular ocean views. It is nice to have the owners living next door if something were to go wrong and one needed a quick fix. "Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
