"Admirals Inn is a historical home. We were on the second floor, accessed by stairs only. The home was an excellent base for exploring the Twillingate area. The breakfast both mornings were delicious. It was lovely talking to the other guests at breakfast. The lady serving breakfast the first morning advised us to dress very warmly, since we were going on an Iceberg tour."

She escorted us through the main lobby and a common room which were beautifully decorated in the Victorian style and she pointed out the then-closed room where the included continental breakfast would be served in the morning.
