"This is a delightful small hotel. Our room on the top floor was very comfortable and the bathroom remodel was well-designed and executed. We were well treated by friendly staff and fed a scrumptious breakfast. We enjoyed walking the nearby boardwalk and eating in the nearby pub, entertained by live music. I heartily recommend the hotel."

"The owner and her son were very available and friendly. At our 7 pm check in we were asked if we planned to go to a restaurant for dinner because the nearby restaurants closed at 8 pm. With that information we decided to defer carrying suitcases to our room until after dinner. Note that there isn't an elevator in this historic building and all bedrooms are upstairs. The breakfast had good variety including boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and cereal. Gluten free granola and toast were available on...

"The hosts are very pleasant, gracious, attentive and try their best for every request. Continental breakfast with real eggs was great and fresh. There are a few hotels that offer a similar experience on the same street but this one was great for our first visit to Charlottetown. Only one thing to improve would be the seating our room, two big antique chairs that match the decor but not comfortable to sit as the cushioning needs repair."
