"Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great.
All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all...

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...

Spacious studio, very comfy bed, lovely balcony to sit and enjoy your favourite tipple.good cooking facilities, great fridge freezer for stocking up after a trip to Metro supermarket which has everything we needed apart from the booze there was other shop's to buy the alcohol. Will be going again."

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen which is great, and it is situated a ten minute walk from the beach. The entrance to the beach is located in between the Redsina and Rixos hotels. The entry to the beach costs 55 Egyptian pounds and includes the use of sunbeds and umbrellas. We would recommend the apartment to others. Andrew who manages the apartment was very helpful and informative. He picked us up at the airport and arranged drop off at an additional cost."
