Welcome to one of Provincetown’s most iconic properties: The Wharf House. Perched directly on the beach, the home offers unmatched views, sophisticated design, and complete comfort right in the heart of Provincetown's historic West End. You will be steps away from P-Town’s vibrant restaurants, galleries, boutiques, attractions… and just minutes away from home when you are ready to relax and call it a day (or night).

Located at 77A Commercial Street, as you arrive you will walk through a white picket fence gate, and down a brick walkway leading to the steps at the front door. Inside you will find 704 square feet of perfectly appointed space. The first floor has the large main space which includes your kitchen and living area. A large corner seating area with a smart TV is perfect for movie nights and a small table for two sets a romantic scene for date night dinners. Completing the first floor is a full bathroom with a circular Japanese soaking tub. The second floor is dedicated entirely to the bedroom suite. Your queen bed is surrounded on three sides by walls of windows, offering you endlessly changing vistas of Provincetown Harbor. A corner desk space is available in case you need to get some work done while on vacation, or if creative inspiration strikes. The full bathroom upstairs has a large walk-in shower, basin sink, and a skylight letting in plenty of natural light. A stackable washer and dryer is tucked behind a doorway at the top of the stairs.

The star of the property, of course, is the truly rare, oversized private deck suspended over the water. Most mornings seem to begin here for guests. With your coffee in hand, feet propped up, you will watch as sailboats drift lazily by. Provincetown is waking up, too—fishermen heading out, gulls dancing overhead, and the streets coming alive (and some people just heading home…) Deck amenities include a large dining table, gas grille, comfortable seating area and a direct gas fed fire pit. Water/beach access is just steps down from the home. At the higher tides, the house is surrounded by water on three sides.

As the day passes by and night settles in, you will sink into the tranquility of your comfortable bedroom, feeling fully connected to the magic that is Provincetown. Another perfect day—effortlessly luxurious, delightfully authentic—awaits tomorrow at The Wharf House.

Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

7 night minimum rentals, Sat to Sat check in/out during the peak season. 4 night minimum rentals, check in/out any day the rest of the year.
