Built in 2012, this condo complex offers modern amenities and conveniences amidst the timeless charm of Provincetown tradition.

Condo amenities include 5G high speed wireless internet throughout condo, gourmet appliances, central A/C (a treasure in the summer months), central heat, bathroom with dual shower head and other creature comforts to enhance your stay.

Enjoy beautiful side views of the bay from your private balcony and Pilgrim Monument from the bedroom. (see photos)

Relax on the beach in front of your building. Enjoy the sand between your toes, and when you are ready to come in, there is an outdoor shower to wash away the sand!

Parking:
Temporary onsite parking space for loading and unloading. (approximately 20 minutes per usage)

One assigned off-site parking space included for the duration of your visit. (Located on Alden ST near the town public parking lot - approximately 7 mins walk) No need to worry about tandem parking hassles, overnight rules or feeding meters!

Well appointed gourmet kitchen with everything you need for dining in, including K-cup machine, toaster, tea pot and gourmet appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator).

If you prefer to dine out, you are just steps away from some of the most historic and highly rated restaurants in town.

In-unit washer/dryer

Access: This unit is located on the third (top) floor and requires walking up two flights of stairs. Stairs are located inside of the building.

Quiet hours must be adhered to from 10 PM-8 AM

Guidelines:
No smoking anywhere in unit (including balcony)
Sorry no pets, no parties or events allowed

Check-in anytime between 4 PM-11 PM - (due to quiet hours, please advise if you require a check-in time after 11 PM)

Check-out 10 AM - guests agree to be prompt with check-out time as the cleaning service will begin turnaround service for the next guests at 10 AM

About the neighborhood:

You can t get any closer to all of the fun Ptown has to offer when you are staying in the center of Commercial ST! I love this location because it provides easy access to all of my favorite things I enjoy when I am in Ptown: shop, get great coffee, relax on the beach, dine out, sip a glass of Chardonnay on my balcony while looking at the Bay...

My favorite nearby restaurants to consider during your stay and just a short walk from your condo (I recommend you make reservations in advance as they book quickly!):

Ross’s Grill - fantastic steaks and seafood
Front Street - wonderful Italian food, great Gluten Free menu!
The Lobster Pot - name says it all!

Getting around:

walk, walk, walk...

If you are taking the ferry, it is a very short walk to the condo.

If you are driving, I suggest dropping off your luggage using the onsite temporary parking space, then parking in your assigned offsite space and forgetting about your car for the rest of your stay! Pedestrians rule on Commercial ST!

If you want to drive to the beach, it is an easy 10 minute drive from the parking space to Race Point Beach.
