Spacious and Modern this Ptown rental is one block from the famous Boatslip Resort's nightly Tea Dance. Outdoor dining area, gas grill and market umbrella.

Modern indoor amenities provide everything you will need for your stay. A/C, Gourmet Kitchen, Cable TV, WiFi, Washer & Dryer, 32' Flatscreen HDTV, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender and Coffee Maker and Nespresso (bring your pods!).

Theme weeks and a myriad of special events planned throughout the year! Contact the Ptown Chamber of Commerce for more info.

Parking for 2 cars or take advantage of the high speed ferry from Boston that drops you just a few blocks away.

The National Seashore beaches, golf, tennis and bike trails are all minutes away. Bike rentals and the Mussel Beach gym are 1.5 blocks away. Bicycle rack on property!

During July and August the minimum is 7 nights stay with check in / check out on Saturdays only.

Another great stay

We returned back to this property and had another great stay. The location literally could not be more perfect, two stories so everyone has a little space, modern kitchen and bath, a driveway for use, washer and dryer, etc.

Perfect spot in Ptown!

The location is ideal. One short block to Commercial Street in between the East and West ends, a short walk to the Stop n Shop, and across the street from a pizza place (my kids bought drinks there). The condo is lovely. Very homey and comfortable. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need. Shower was delightful!! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We Regretted Staying Here

The place looks nice, but our stay turned out to be a nightmare.Maintenance problems: The place was poorly insulated. The dryer's On button was smashed in before we got there (making it hard to use), and the sensor didn't work. The door for the dishwasher needs to be repaired. Before we arrived, they had replaced the downstairs toilet handle with a cheap part that fell apart when my partner flushed it. The host said it probably wouldn't be fixed while we were there. (It wasn't).Management problems: There was no broom/dustpan to clean the floor. I notified the host about it a couple of days before we left. After we stayed, we got a bogus "excessive cleaning fee" of 120 despite the notification. The host actually had the nerve to say that the broom and dustpan were there. The only way that could be physically possible is if they were placed there after we left.Besides, all that was needed was a bit of sweeping of the kitchen floor. We wanted to do this but couldn't. My partner and I are older folks who spent quiet time, some light cooking and sitting up in bed side-by-side reading for when we were in there. We didn't have people over, nor did we do anything that would require more than minimal cleaning. The "excessive cleaning fee" was nonsense.The 10:00 AM checkout time and lack of flexibility were really weird. It was out of season.The listing falsely said that this was a "luxury condo." Luxury implies decent maintenance and no bogus fees.

Great house in a prime location. Parking for 2 cars was a bonus. Scott was kind enough to message us after our arrival to make sure we had settled in ok. Provincetown is such a special place. We would love to book this property again.

Great location in central Provincetown

The condo was exactly as described. Information provided before arrival was useful and accurate. The location was great for getting to all of the restaurants and other venues in town. Private parking was a bonus. The facilities were perfect for our group of two couples.

P'Town Escape

The property was just as described with everything we could possibly need. It is a beautiful condo in the perfect location for us and other than taking a day trip to one of the beaches and a day in Wellfleet we walked everywhere. Scott was great to work with and we look forward to staying again.

Everything you need in a great location

The headline says it all. The location is literally perfect, just down the street from Boatslip off of the main drag, Commercial Street. We heard no external noise in this unit the entre trip. The bathroom is modern/updated, the A/C works and there are nice fans too. Well appointed refrigerator and nice living room for lounging and being social. The unit is nice and updated. Owner is very responsive in the app or via text. Had a terrific stay here and would prioritize staying again for sure.

The location was unbeatable - seconds from the grocery store… a quick walk to Boatslip Resort and bay… a few minutes away from Herring Cove Beach. Everything is super walkable from Scott’s condo and if the weather is acting up, you can catch an Über ride anywhere in town for under $10. Amenities made the trip nice and homey. I especially enjoyed the gas stovetop and quality pans that were made available. We were able to cook ourselves some really solid breakfasts during our stay! Neighbors were friendly and kind :) Thanks again!

Perfect place for a perfect stay!

This place was wonderful for a weekend vacation! One of my favorite places that I've rented. The location was perfect to be able to walk throughout the downtown and get to the beach, but still very quiet and relaxing. Scott's place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the little outdoor area as well. Communication was great. Highly recommend!
