Amazing location with parking spot right outside your unit.
Walking distance to the best shops, restaurants, and galleries that Provincetown has to offer. Unit has a Queen size Murphy bed, small fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven along with use of the bbq grill out back. It has a bathtub/shower, rain head and hand held combo, Iron & board. Central heat and a/c. A covered porch area with two chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. Also includes one parking space. Lots to do! Afternoon Tea at the Boatslip two minute walk. Beaches, whale watching, fishing, bike riding, trails and hiking. Plenty of things to fill your day with fun.

I have stayed at some places where I walk in and think, this is not what I was expecting. It wasnā€™t the case here. A very comfortable place to stay close to Commercial Street and convenient to everything. The accommodations were just what we needed for a Labor Day weekend in Ptown! Gracious and accommodating hosts too!

I truly enjoyed my short stay and hopefully will be able to return next summer for a longer holiday. Very clean, quiet (even though on a busy street), and convenient. Just the right size for one or two travelers.

Ptown for us is never about lounging around the house. So we really just needed a place to crash and store our stuff. We had two adults living here and it worked out perfectly. The space is small as you can tell from the photos, but they had everything you absolutely needed to make your stay comfortable. I would 100% book this VRBO again!

The owners were very reponsive and accomodating. They allowed early checking as the property was clean and available. The property was exactly as advertised and is in an incredibly convenient location. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week and the whole experience was great! Itā€™s perfectly locatedā€”not directly on Commercial, but so very close to everything. Sue and Caron were great hosts and everything looked as it does in the photos. It was a snug little place but was perfect for the two of us. We would absolutely stay there again if we go there solo again!

This was our second stay with Sue. The condo is in a great location -- one block from Commercial Street, The Boat Slip and a short walk to everything else! It was very clean and stocked with everything needed to make your stay very comfortable. A big bonus was your very own parking space!!!! Sue was the perfect host - excellent communication and easy check in. Also, we locked ourselves out and she was very understanding and helpful with our predicament. We will definitely book her condo next time we're in PTown. FIVE STARS!

About the size of an average hotel room, this studio is much more. The bed was comfortable, and the power recliners were great. We felt right at home in this clean and well-appointed unit. Even better was the unit's location - located on Bradford, the unit was a block from the Boat Slip, pizza, bike rentals and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. It checked all of our boxes as first time visitors in that it came with a parking spot and was in a fantastic location. It was a little loud at night being on a main road, but it was a great deal that fit within our budget. Would recommend for a couple looking for a good weekend trip!

The hosts have equipped their cute condo with modern amenities that beautifully suite the space. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The location was wonderful, a short distance from coffee, tea dance, grocery store and the beach. The hosts were lovely, even adding an iron and ironing board when we inquired about one. Our stay at the condo was so enjoyable, we couldnā€™t have asked for better. We would most definitely stay here again. Just wow! Sue and Caron are such wonderful hosts! Communication was easy, checkin was a snap, and the studio was spotlessly clean. My family and I loved it. Sue and Caron even left a few craft kits and a Lego set for our 7 year old in case of rain which was just so thoughtful and sweet. We were fortunate enough to get to meet them both before we checked out and they were just as kind in person. Though the apartment is located just one block from Commercial Street, it feels removed and private enough to enjoy the front area with two Adirondack chairs without feeling as though youā€™re in the center of things - itā€™s a perfect location. Also, the ability to have a reserved parking spot and be able to walk everywhere if you want is a huge stress relief. Or, if you do drive, you can come back to your guaranteed spot and not drive around looking for parking for hours. The apartment has a great Keurig and had some coffee pods available so we didnā€™t need to get up the next morning and search for coffee. The place is fully stocked with everything you need for a smaller place - the hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven worked perfectly for simple meals without a traditional oven/stove top. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to pull down and put back. Our daughter slept on the sofa and had good sleep each night with a cozy, fleece blanket and pillow provided. We would recommend this place to any family and friends who want to visit PTown. Sue & Caron are super hosts!

This property is in such an amazing location! Itā€™s about a 2 min walk from commercial street with plenty to do around the area. Sue and Caron are also the best hosts I have ever had. Not only were they extremely accommodating, but they also answered almost immediately with any questions or concerns we had. If I could give this place a 100/10, I would. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay and would come again! This property is wonderful for anyone who wants to be within walking or biking distance of all that Provincetown has to offer. Note that it's located on a road that's somewhere between the main thoroughfares and the residential streets on the Cape--so not rowdy, and not dead silent, just right in the middle. Also, there are just enough blankets for the bed, so we recommend bringing an extra if you want to take one out and sit on the porch on a cool evening. Finally, the hosts were very communicative whenever we had a question. All in all, a lovely stay!
