White Osprey Villa is a two bedroom, two bathroom villa centrally located on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. White Osprey is perched on one of the highest points of the island at the end of a private cul-de-sac providing outstanding views from every vantage point. These panoramic views stretch from the North Shore to the South side of the island. As you enter the property you pass the guest house and catch glimpses of view.
Upon entering the villa you will find an open concept geat room which houses the living room/dining room and kitchen. This great room is surrounded on either side by sliding glass doors. On the North facing side of the house, these doors open up to an extensive outdoor deck and swimming pool with fantastic views of the North Shore. On the South facing side of the house, these doors give access to a patio and garden with yet another view of the South side of the island. This great room features beamed 18ft ceilings giving this room an open air and spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to pepare meals in your villa.
The two large bedrooms, are situated on either side of the great room allowing for additional privacy. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms give direct access onto the pool deck and have breathtaking views of the sea. Tropical breezes are plentiful at White Osprey, however, both bedrooms and living-room are air conditioned should you prefer to use it. (air conditioning is charged $30 per night and paid separately by the Guest)
Outside White Osprey Villa is set up for outdoor living and relaxing. The partially covered deck, is furnished with comfortable seating and dining options providing both shady and sunny areas in which to relax or sunbath.
The deck surrounds a fesh water pool where the panoramic views of the island are truly spectacular, from the beautiful beaches of Grace Bay, Leeward and further off to Iguana Island, Pine Cay, Parrot Cay to the village of Blue Hills and Northwest Point.
At the bottom of the hill you will find Babalua Beach which is accessible within a few minutes’ walk. This beach is very quiet, with white sand and turquoise blue waters. Not far away from the shore, are numerous coral reefs which are part of the Princess Alexandra National Park, so the snorkeling from shore here is superb.
This villa is centrally located, which makes it easily accessible to many beaches, excursions, activities, bars and fine restaurants all within an easy drive from the villa.
Maximum occupancy would be 4 people.
