Newly renovated high-end Penthouse condo (305 Grandview on Grace Bay) on Grace Bay Beach. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, great restaurants are very close, water sports and other excursions are easily accessible.
Accommodations for 8 adults (4 king beds) and 2 children (Murphy bed) total of 10

Great Christmas week for a family of 5. Right on Grace Bay. Grilled on Christmas Day. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Short walk to shopping. Bikes are provided, which was nice. Jing, the house manager, was awesome. She organized our car rental for us and helped us with any questions we had.

We love visiting Turks. This penthouse is located on a quiet area of the beach. There is an attendant on the beach to help with chairs and umbrellas which is a major plus. The penthouse is beautiful. We all had our own space. I’m not sure how often the owners stay here but I would say that the bed sheets, couch pillows and some of the kitchen accessories could use an update. Rugs look shabby and not so clean. There were many mosquitos that seemed to be hold up under the balcony furniture. The balcony furniture could use some cleaning, lots of stains. We could have also used more than one beach towel per person for the week. We had a great time but I’m not sure for the money we would stay here again,

Family vacation

Overall, this condo was the perfect setup for traveling with adult children and their significant others. Plenty of space and privacy. The location on Grace Bay cannot be beat. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location and a beautiful condo! The bed was comfortable and everything worked well! Best of all was that view! The condo has an everything you need and near many amenities. Gorgeous place!

Family vacation

Caroline was a wonderful and attentive host. Our flight arrived earlier than check in time and she offered us the garage to store our luggage until the condo was available. The condo is well stocked and clean. Any request or question I had for Caroline she responded immediately. Our family truly had a splendid stay.

Amazing Unit and Amazing location

This property is just as beautiful in person as it is online. It is so well stocked and the balcony is a wonderful place to sit if you are not on the beach.. Also the location to town and restaurants is close. Not too crowded on beach and pool and hot tub were also not crowded. Loved the location of the Pelican Bay restaurant next door when you do not want to cook.. Also the owner recommended a grocery service that delivered and made it so easy for us since we did not have a car.. I will for sure return..

3 Generation Vacation

Property matches the online pictures. Place is modern, it was clean, layout allows for privacy when needed. Did not see one crawling bug our entire stay. That is a first on an island vacation Functional kitchen. We prepared meals there and we went out to local restaurants. We did not have a disappointing meal the entire stay. It is right on the beach, Grace bay is the most amazing beach front. My family loved the hot tub. Washer and Dryer in the unit is a god send and they work great. The outside property is well maintained, on a daily basis. Beach chairs are bountiful, more than enough, unlike local resorts. Never had to get to the beach early to “claim chairs.” Caroline was accommodating during our stay. We do not require much attention as a family. Caroline fulfilled our one ask. We did appreciate that immensely. This is great alternative to Luxury hotel stay. Especially for an adult family vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful three bedroom villa

This beautiful villa was perfect for us. It was immaculate and had amazing views of Grace Bay. Every morning the staff put out chairs and umbrellas and we walked right out onto the beach. Landscaping was gorgeous. The host provided everything we could possibly need and made excellent dining recommendations. It was a fabulous trip and we would stay here again in a minute.

Sweet 16 celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters Sweet 16 with 3 of her friends. The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. Perfect size for our party of 9. Caroline was very responsive with a few hiccups we encountered. We will definitely recommend The Blu to our friends. Thanks!

This property was amazing! So modern and beautiful! Plenty of space for 7 adults! We traveled with two other groups and everyone called our condo the Bougie Bungalow! Favorite family vacation

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Turks, especially as first time visitors. The accommodations were exceptional-exactly as pictured, clean and well-kept, spacious, beautifully furnished/decorated and well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The owner has truly thought of everything, right down to a backpack cooler and ice pack for grocery shopping and taking drinks to the beach. We especially enjoyed the small size of the condo complex - it was peaceful, the beach was not crowded, and there were plenty of chairs/umbrellas. The location at Grace Bay beach was perfect and many water activities had beach pick up right in front of the condo. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, both casual and fine dining. The owner’s recommendations for restaurants was extensive and spot on. The owners were quick to reply to messages and were very helpful as we were preparing for our trip. This trip was easily one of our best family vacations. We would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this property for our family vacation. Unit was beautiful and clean. Pool was well maintained and beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. Caroline was a wonderful host and when an issue came up during our stay, she handled it quickly for us. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Location

The condo had everything our family could have wanted and had breathtaking views from the balcony. It was close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and the grocery store making everything easy!
