Beautiful Remote Location
Stayed here with my two sons and daughter-in-law in December 2023. This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos, and hopefully not our last. This is a wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. It is in a remote location on the island away from all the busyness of the main resort areas, but that is what we were looking for. Information before hand and correspondence with Ana while we were there was great. It has a beautiful beach that you can walk in both directions, a very nice pool, along with a hot tub. The resort was not real busy while we were there, we got to meet a number of condo owners while we we there, and one of them from Las Vegas (Dan) put on a 2 hour concert playing the guitar and singing on one of the evenings. We drove into town on a couple of days and visited Grace beach and a number of others (all beautiful). We also went to a few remote locations on the island. We had a wonderful week and would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful property as advertised. Home had everything we needed. Out of the crowded resort areas. Beach was beautiful. Excellent stay- would highly recommend. Do note there is no elevator if you have special needs.

Great spot for those seeking to get away from the crowds
Immaculately clean and comfort condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were lots of beach towels. Owner was quick with replies which we were very grateful for. Great pool! One note for others with kids: water was shut off 3x while we were there and toilets didn't flush, no water for drinking, etc., so fill up a big jug just in case to cover necessities.

Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regarding water being shut off, unfortunately we had some emergency broken pipe issues that had to be repaired and water needed to be shut off. This is not the norm and we apologize that it happened during your stay. Management normally tries to do these repairs when guests are out and about, but sometimes emergencies come up.

Beautiful apartment
Ana's apartment is beautiful and comfortable, all same as described in the pictures. The apartment has all you need for your stay, appliances, utensils, everything, all you need to bring is food. The communication with Ana was also good. The resort is awesome, a bit far away from the center, but is all we want, away from the crowd. You will need to rent a car to go around and move to buy groceries. The beach at the resort has seaweed, but if you walk a bit, you may find shallow water. We moved to grace bay beach which is spectacular! Very nice resort and beautiful apartment. We'll come back!

Wonderful property outside of Grace Bay!
We stayed here in August 2023 for our first visit to Turks & Caicos. The condo was super clean and very well-equipped. We brought some food with us and also picked up a few groceries and everything we needed to make easy meals was available. It was great to have a washer and dryer too. The information that Ana provided with regard to the condo, beaches, restaurants, etc. was AMAZING! We actually printed it out and carried it with us everywhere we went ;) Yes, the condo is about a 15-20 minute drive from the "action" of Grace Bay but we didn't mind as the location is so private and serene. We rented a car from Grace Bay Auto Rentals (highly recommend) to get where we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Oasis retreat
Absolutely the best of both worlds! NWR was amazingly remote yet close enough to town for driving in for dinner. It was in the middle of seemingly unexplored areas of TCI without being a plane ride away from the restaurants, shops and excursions. The communication with the property owner was better than any other place we have traveled. Ana’s checkin info covered tons of tips that made such a difference when preparing, getting around, eating or exploring. The view the view the view!!! And snorkeling amazing reefs right on ur own beach. We brought our own snorkel equipment an went any time we wanted. We rented a 4WD and took the narrow path up the road to the raw beach full of conch shells in the national park nearby. The condo was as described and felt like home. From 2 bedrooms you can sit up in the morning with a full view of miles of beach. The balcony was the best place to star gaze at night and see grace bay and lights in the distance. I could go on and on. I can’t say enough about how comfortable the property was for a relaxing stay as well as how awesome the proximity was for our adventurous spirit.

Off the Beaten Path
This is a great find. It is very off the beaten path, about 25 minutes from everything. The beach and pool on property are great. The size of the unit is perfect for a family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very secluded. It felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The grounds were very well manicured and the people were friendly. There is a 2 mile unpacked road that needs some attention but other than that it was perfect. The condo was immaculate and had every amenity. We felt at home. The sunrises were amazing as well as the moonlight nights. Thank you. I highly recommend!

Great location for a family
Enjoyed the say! The condo was further out, but we were expecting that, and it worked for our family. The condo had everything we needed, kitchen ware for cooking, washer and dryer, TV with streaming, onsite beach and pool, a cooler for the beach and more. We stayed with a family of 5, mom, dad, two kids and the nanny. Finding the location and entry in the condo was seamless. Ana provided a write-up of information to know about the stay at the condo, which was helpful, grocery locations were one of them. I recommend grocery shopping before you head to the condo, otherwise you find yourself unpacking at the condo and adding on a 15-to-20-minute (each way) ride back to the store, just get groceries when you leave the airport after getting a rental car (do not rent a car with PAYLESS, they were awful). With young children (2 and 4) we didn't need to travel with beach toys, everything we needed was at the beach, you don't even need beach chairs or beach towels, it's all there. Ana even went out of her way to provide us with a pack and play for our 2-year-old to sleep in, we appreciated that. Overall, we have no complaints about the stay, it was on the beach, pool was great, neighbors and other guest were welcoming. Thanks, Ana for welcoming us into you home.

Relaxing Spring Break Trip
Villa Mera was a perfect spot for our family with two teenagers. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped and laundry worked well. Couches and beds were fairly firm but overall we were quite comfortable. The resort was lovely and we enjoyed beach walking and reading under umbrellas at the pool and on the beach. There was a ton of seaweed on the beach and shallow water, but still a lovely walking beach and the snorkeling was good once you got out a ways. We would definitely rent again! Thank you.

Super 3BR with 2 balconies overlooking ocean
Beautiful wide beach, large newly redone pool, hot tub and kayaks/paddle boards available… very peaceful location well maintained with friendly owners/guests. Condo unit is in great condition with open kitchen plenty of seating and all the amenities. Beautiful showers upstairs and on main. Drive to stores and such is 20 minutes so some planning advised but really nice to be somewhere so peaceful

Great Spot
We stayed in this great spot in the North West of Provediencials. It is down the end of a dirt road abutting the North West National Park. Ana's directions and notes were GREAT!!! The entry was smooth, however the unit wasn't cleaned before we go there, but a quick call(on Google Voice...my roaming didn't work) to the cleaning lady and an hour later it was all clean. The unit is just wonderful, modern and well appointed, 2 decks, 3 bedrooms, water views and spacious, modern kitchen and wifi TV were fine. The kitchen was stocked with spices and such was very nice. The pool and hot tub are great. We met a number of other very nice residents. The beach is amazing though a strong easterly wind piled up seagrass, which they cleaned each day in front. There is a good amount of sea grass out front in the water, but areas of sandy bottom not too far away. However Sea Grass is nursey for sea turtles and fish so we saw baby turtles feet from the beach on a number of days. We cooked on the community gas grill and watched the super bowl outside on one of the residents projector in the common area! You can stroll the amazing beach with no one around...though in areas we had to step over piles of sea grass. We love nature, so seeing osprey, egrets, a small shark, conch shells and washed up sea fans and corals...make up for some sea grass. The restaurants, commercial areas and groceries are 20ish minutes away, but I am fine with that.

Great Condo in Remote area of TCI
Great experience. The condo is very clean, well stocked, nice layout, beautiful view of ocean. Great communication from property manager. We especially enjoyed all the recommendations and detailed directions as signage in TCI is not like in US. We visited various beaches at Provo which were all beautiful but the kids also really enjoyed the privacy of the beach on property, snorkeling and discovering multiple conch shells. While this property is located in a remote area (which we loved) the island is small so only 15 to 20 min drives to reach restaurants and other entertainment. We would not hesitate to go back and rent this property again. We had a great vacation! Thanks, Ana!

Beautiful secluded vacation property
The property is as advertised - spacious, beautiful views of white sand beaches and gorgeous ocean and pool, very quiet and peaceful. Remote location adds to quiet feel, but still driveable to restaurants and Grace Bay. Loved our first trip to Turks and Caicos and this was a terrific spot. Also large enough to accommodate our family of 4 with teenagers perfectly.

Family vacation for R & R
Ana’s property was even better than advertised. The view is spectacular and the unit was lovely and well stocked. We had ample space and privacy at the pool and the beach. We did not find the access road to be a problem at all. We could be at a restaurant or Grace Bay within 20 minutes and then escape to the peace and quiet of Northwest Point Resort for the evening. All in all, a perfect vacation and exactly what we sought. We will definitely return.

Wonderful condo! Remote Location
Our experience was wonderful with this condo. It was an easy renting experience and everything was as advertised. The condo itself is very nice. When we needed extra beach towels, Ana and Nancy were immediately responsive. The only things that could be negatives are the remote location and the quiet nature of the resort—just depending on what you are looking for. We rarely saw people so it felt a little isolated. We drove 30 minutes or more to the various beaches as the beach at the condo has tons of seaweed. But we liked going into town and then coming home to the quiet of the NW Point Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the listing was exactly as shown. Ana's advice for renting a car and places to visit were very helpful. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing and there was never more than a few people around.

Wonderful property away from the fray
The condo was exactly as described and seen in pictures. The building is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is excellent. The property is about 30 minutes from grace bay but we enjoyed taking adventures and exploring the island and it’s amazing beaches during the day and them coming back and relaxing in the pool in the evening. The owner, Ana, was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot away from the crowds.
Six of us stayed at the property. The place was directly on the beach with beautiful views and overall as advertised. The complex is away from the crowds at Grace Bay but the residents and other renters were all very friendly. The grounds were well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot
We were very pleased with our stay. This unit is one of the best on the property as it was a corner unit facing the beach and the pool. On clear days we could see all the way down to Grace Bay. We enjoyed that the resort never seemed busy nor ever seemed empty. As we had smaller children (8 & 4) it was perfect for us to be able to go out to the beach and to the pool and have plenty of space to spread out without disturbing anyone. The unit was clean, quiet, well decorated, and had everything we needed to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were some beach items available that used as well. We had a small problem with some ants in the kitchen, but but a few ant traps solved that quickly. The beach itself did have a lot of grass compared to Grace Bay, but there were pockets where you could swim/float without the grass. Up the beach a few hundred yards was a large area without grass. We took the resort kayaks up there to swim and explore the national park. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant was not open, but we knew that it was unlikely to open while we were there. It does take a good 15-20 minutes to get into town to get to the grocery stores, so a rental car is needed. Also, please note that Millennium Highway heading to the resort is full of potholes on the edges., we found that the dirt portion of the highway was typically easier to drive on. We had a flat once, but the rental company quickly came out and changed it. Not a huge problem, but good to be aware. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this resort and unit.

Remote Paradise
This is a beautiful gated property on an amazing private beach. Clean pool area and hot tub. Wooden umbrella structures on the beach for guests, paddle boards and kayaks to use. This is a great spot on an unspoiled section of the island which was great for being alone with the family. Would highly recommend.

Christmas Trip 2020
We were supposed to go at Spring Break and of course Covid happened. So I rebooked for Christmas. Ana was extremely helpful even before the trip advising me on what papers and tests we needed prior to being in country. Their place is beautiful and has spectacular views. Everything was in proper order and they had all the amenities inside the villa that we needed-coffeemaker, coolers to take to the beach, washer/dryer. The housekeeper forgot to leave us toilet paper and dishwashing detergent but they did bring tp the next morning. Ana is very detailed in her instructions and suggestions of what to do on the island. It was so beautiful and we would go back and stay here in a heartbeat!!!

Excellent seclusion
Property and grounds were amazing. Very private and secluded beach with tiki huts, Kayaks, and paddle boards to explore the water. Views of the ocean and grounds are spectacular from the well equipped condo. Pool restaurant added some great quick meals without leaving the property.

Amazing T&C Vacation!
Our family had another amazing vacation in Turks & Caicos! Ana's condo had some of the luxury features that we have at home, was clean and very well stocked, and made us feel as close to at home as you can in an amazing paradise! Ana's recommendations were very well appreciated! She was also very responsive with texts! We went to all of the beaches she recommended which we would have never found on our own! Putting our overall amazing experience aside, I give this rating a 4 for the following: We honestly thought that kids were included as the listing said “kids welcome". We were very surprised by the additional substantial charge for a 6 and 9 year old days before our arrival! Be aware of the extra guest fees. Just because the condo lists 6 doesn’t mean 6 people are included! We did find the beds a bit hard, but finally were able to sleep though the night by the third night. The resort is beautiful and quiet. The pool did close for two days because there was human waste in the pool but the resort handled it well. We didn’t use the beach on site because it was a bit rough/windy and full of seaweed. We did travel to the beaches Ana recommended every day, so the resort being 20 minutes away from everything was a bit much, especially with the potholes in the dirt road. I would also pack very lightly as it was quite the workout sleping 16 bags from the car to the third floor of Ana's condo. I don’t understand why a resort of this size wouldn’t have an elevator. Also, early Thursday morning there was a really intense smoke smell. Perhaps it was from the island incinerators? Overall the good outweighs the bad. It was a great deal for a beautiful condo on T&C if the above doesn’t bother you. I'd recommend taking the ferry to North Caicos for the beautiful beaches. Also, don't miss the Fish Fry on Thursday night, great place to get souvenirs!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and uncrowded. Seaweed was the only issue as others described. We would definitely stay here again.

NW Point Resort Hidden Jewel
Ana’s place is awesome, had everything we needed. Short drive to Wheeland and Grace Bay. Loved being out in the natural area of NW Point. Great place to relax!

Remote getaway
This was a first family vacation with our married children. The property was beautiful and very well kept! Really enjoyed the condo , pool, hot tub and beach. The only negative was the 3 mile dirt road to get to the property. Since we left the property every day to explore the island, that 3 miles on bumpy dirt toad was long coming and going with no lights other than the headlights. Would definitely stay again if we were by ourselves!!

Unfortunately, you were there after the rainy season and the repairs had not been done. We look forward to having you back.

Beautiful location & everything we needed!
This villa had the prettiest view & Ana was excellent to work with. We practically had the beach to ourselves for almost the whole week—unbelievable! The villa came equipped with everything you would need & such a cozy atmosphere.
