Sea La Vie - Beachside 4 Bedroom Villa, Unit #1

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious, private, 3800 sqft, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom unit is right next to the pool. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and a queen size sofa bed.

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

This home is perfect for a family and friend vacation. Rooms are bright, clean, and spacious. We had 3 couples in the main home and friends/family in the duplexes on the property. It’s so well laid out that you cannot even see the other properties from the main home. The pool area was perfect spot to gather in the evening to grill, play cards, and visit. Location is perfect. So close to everything. We really enjoyed this property. We are out for many meals but had all we needed to grill lobster and make steaks, too. Great property! Thank you sharing your home! Owner was attentive and available for anything small or extra :).

We had a fantastic time at the property. The host took care of our needs right away when we had minor issues. I have stayed in multiple vrbo's and this is the best overall in every aspect. Majid the owner's attention to detail is amazing which made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would give a 10 star out of 5 for this property and hoping to visit back soon.

Trip was a hit! Location is a bit secluded as mentioned but easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Walk to the beach is a touch longer than expected but manageable. Definitely need to rent a car. Property manager was very responsive and available.

Great Stay at Sea La Vie

Majid was an excellent host and super responsive and helpful before and during our stay.The property was well maintained and accurate to the listing. The pool was super convenient and the kids loved it.Only small issues were limited cooking utensils (measuring cups, etc.) and a longer than anticipated walk to the beach in deep sand. Given we explored the rest of the island most days and ate out because groceries on the island are crazy expensive, these really didn’t impact our stay at all.I would definitely recommend this property to friends in the future!

Spacious Accommodations with Easy Beach Access

Great property for a larger family (5-6) or for mixed group. 4 full-sized bedrooms and spacious kitchen and dining areas. We stayed in Unit #1, which adjoins the community pool, which was well kept and relaxing. We found Unit #1 to be clean, well kept and with comfortable beds. The entire complex contains 4 units, but each has separation and provides a decent amount of privacy. At times, I find VRBO postings deceptively 'claim' to have easy beach access but without this being true. This property indeed has quick and easy access to the beach. The access path to the beach is 30 ft walk down the main road. The beach was gorgeous and uncrowded (no hotels or large complexes nearby). Owner provided folding beach chairs and towels. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property.

Arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. Property was clean and maintained. The unit we rented was just as described on the website. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Beautiful Place and Nice Host

We stayed here with extended family. The unit and pool were great, Majid was a gracious host and it was easy to get in touch with and he was very helpful. This was a comfortable stay with a short walk to the beach where there were beach chairs and umbrellas we could use.

Perfect for a group trip

Check in and out process very easy. Instructions and maps for the property were informative. Property was gated and secure. Areas were very clean and spacious. Pool area and facilities were nice. Unit 1 had a lot of amenities. Private beach with walking path was easy to find and nice. Host answered questions promptly

Phenomenal Experience

I was completely blown away by the Sea La Vie home! It was clean and just as described. The home was beautiful and you can tell it is well maintained. My 2 other friends and I had ample space. We each had our own room master bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the clean pool and the private beach. It was such an amazing touch and made the experience that much more luxurious. I would highly recommend. Worth every penny and the host was extremely flexible and accommodating. I would stay here time and time again. Thank you!!!

Quiet, private and roomy

The location was as described, a 2-5 minute walk to a very quiet beach. A kayak, paddle board, and chairs were available for use. Home was spacious and clean except for a handful of island cockroaches near the end of the stay. That should be taken care of for any future guests. Pool was kept clean. We stayed at the main home so it was convenient to have the pool there. What was lacking were basic cooking spices other than salt & pepper. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

We stayed at Sea La Vie for our family Summer vacation in July 2024. The location was amazing, very nice and quiet. The property was nice and large enough for a big family of 7 adults. Easy access to Grace Bay, Downtown, or any other areas in Provo with a car rental. We enjoyed every aspect of this property, it was like home away from home. The host responded very quickly to questions and requests to ensure we feel at home while on vacation. Property staff was also very friendly and helpful; he made sure that we were happy at Sea La Vie during our stay. We will definitely stay again at Sea La Vie when we return to Provo. We will also recommend this property to friends and families.

Beautiful home!

The property was very nice and accommodated my friends and I very comfortably. Majid was very responsive after contacting him the first night with questions. The private beach was beautiful! There are only a few minor things that I would note: 1) the mosquitoes were horrible! We kept hearing due to all the rain, but perhaps a suggestion would be to treat the property as a whole to help with that. Without bug spray, it was impossible to enjoy the pool or any outdoors. 2) add additional blankets for lounging and 3) the sand pathway to the beach discouraged us from taking full advantage more than once. It is a hard pathway to walk through with so much sand topped with the mosquitoes. Maybe leveling it more to make it easier to walk through. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and really enjoyed the house!

Sea La Vie is a lovely property. Not only is it secluded but it also has so many amenities that you don’t have to leave just to get a good experience. This place is located right across the street from the beach, which is absolutely stunning, but it also comes with beach equipment such from chairs to paddle boarding, etc to give you the ultimate resort experience. Oh, did I mention that this place also has a pool?! So convenient if you have little ones who want to be in the water ALL day long lol. Lastly, this property was just minutes away from dining, shopping, activities, and live entertainment. Sea La Vie was spacious, comfortable, and so relaxing and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in TCI.

Perfection in Paradise

Our experience at Sea LaVie was idyllic for our family of 7 ranging in age from 3-71! This property is exceptional in every way. We were away from crowds and close to a picture perfect beach. No one will be arguing over the best bedroom as they are all spacious with 3 of the 4 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender for smoothies. We dined and played games at the large dining table in the evenings. The patio, pool and covered grilling areas got a lot of use too! Majeed responded to our questions promptly and was very welcoming.

Perfect Accomodations!

Sea La Vie is within walking distance of Long Bay Beach, the pool was great, and we had everything we needed at the house. We'll definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to TCI.

Great property

This property had everything we needed for a large family vacation. We loved the pool area and short walk to the beach. It was easy to find, had ample parking, is a great location and launching pad for all of our activities, and the owner was incredibly helpful and nice. The beds were a bit hard but everything else in the house was great. We hope to come back and would be thrilled to book this property again!

Wonderful stay at Sea la vie

Our group of scuba divers and non divers had a marvelous time. I have organized a number of these trips using VRBO and everyone agreed it was our best ever. Our host Majid was the ultimate in communication and response to any questions or issues we had he is a wonderful Ambassador for the island and vrbo. The property is beautiful spacious and well appointed. We look forward to returning again.
