  • Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo beautiful ocean front unit at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Condominiums. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Palmas Del Mar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.

    Palmas Del Mar is a one bedroom, one bath, second floor Ocean front corner unit. The unit is fully renovated with high end tiles floors throughout. Rich wood kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Two full bathrooms which is a rarity in a one bedroom unit! New washer and dryer and comfy king bed. A lovely glass top wooden table with seating for four in the dining room. All new Polywood furniture on the spacious balcony. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions.

My week-long stay at this beachfront condo was absolute perfection. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a quiet, powder-soft beach with amazing views. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The area felt peaceful and uncrowded, truly the ideal spot for anyone looking to unwind in paradise. Can’t wait to return!

The view from the balcony was fantastic, especially with the full moon. The condo was exactly what I had anticipated, and I would definitely stay there again. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to find everything. The restaurant on site had very good food, that would even be delivered to the condo. The chairs on the beach were super comfortable. I loved being woken up by birds, and no traffic noise.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was amazing! We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The property, pool, hot tub, beach access was all wonderful! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed waking up everyday to a beautiful view of the beach right from our room. We enjoyed swimming at the beach an in the pool, would defentily book again.

Beautiful unit with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Owner was great with any communications we needed. Excellent recommendations made for local restaurants, beaches, and things to do. The resort was very clean and great seating options for either enjoying the pool or ocean views. On site restaurant was a bonus. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect Place for Relaxation

What a wonderful week. Great location to get away from it all. Fully enjoyed the sunrises, long walks on the beach, pool and hot tub, kayaking and snorkeling. Thank you Hal for a wonderful birthday week. Just what we needed.

Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was literally off the beaten path (unpaved road) but a short drive from the airport and grace bay. It was a lovely escape, quiet and secluded but with a ton of amenities. The owner was great to work with and was accessible for questions while we were there.

Provo vacation

Beautiful property with fantastic views. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The beach is steps away. The pool is freshwater and most days there are very few people around. The location is very quiet and relaxing. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at grace bay and this place was perfect.

Very good place to get away

Very nice and immaculately kept resort and not too far out of the way. Gives excellent privacy and is just a short drive to the busier areas of the island. Hal was a great host. Very in touch with his customers should any issue arise. Zero complaints. Great vacation here.

Spectacular View, nice condo, clean and comfortable. Resort was nice, restaurant a plus - great Pina Coladas!!! A little off the beaten path - but was expected per previous posts. Directions provided were point on, as I didn't have cell service the first day. Definitely recommend and would stay again.. Thank you!!

War weather escape

This was the perfect place to stay on the island. We drove into town for dinner every night and then returned to the peace and quiet of the resort. We did venture out to other beaches but liked the beach at the resort the most. The beach was groomed and there was very little seagrass. We will be sharing this location with our friends and family.

Amazing View

We could've stayed on the balcony for days. Beautiful bright condo, incredible views, great layout, large bedroom and bathroom. The grounds were beautiful! The beach was amazing. Loved having the restaurant open for a couple of days. Hals customer service is great! He always gets back to you quickly and the check in instructions were so helpful with great tips to help us during our stay.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Hal’s place. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. The resort has a beautiful landscaping and is well kept up. It is very secluded, but that is exactly what we wanted. We would definitely come to visit again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here at the property. It is very well stocked with everything one may need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful balcony looks out into the ocean and gives a beautiful view of the sunrise. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The manager was clear in his communications and graciously allowed us to check out later than the standard check out time as our flights had to be changed. One definitely needs a car to drive back and forth from the grace bay area as this is quite secluded. But that was a selling point for us, as we were looking to stay in a quiter area. All in all amazing place and we would love to be back here.

Relaxcation

This was a great place to stay and we appreciated we were isolated and not surrounded by other resorts and a bunch of people. The long walks on the beach and the conch shells were fabulous and the pool was a nice place to cool off and well maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful especially when we needed to seek out a medical facility. Only con we are coffee drinkers and there were only 4 cups so we were constantly washing. Enjoyed our stay.

Own your slice of heaven

This property is 15-20 mins away from all other beaches in TCI and the solitude it provides is remarkable. Literally I saw no more than 10 others on the beach any given day. My wife and I were the only ones at the pool as well.

Private piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the condo! Reading prior reviews about it being remote was a selling feature to us, yes you need a car rental but in the long run for our family a rental is more economic than taxi rides. We enjoyed seeing all of the island but especially loved returning to the quietness of this resort. Nothing beats sipping a mai tai from the bar/restaurant under the umbrella on the beach and taking in the views. Our first day there we saw several turtles and a sting ray and fish steps from our room! The condo was comfortable and just as described. We also enjoyed most meals oceanside from our balcony which was such a bonus! The landscaping of the property is also incredible. A definite must!

PARADISE

This is our second time staying at Hal’s place and both times it has exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We made most of our meals there. If you plan on doing so ensure you bring your own seasoning, oil, marinades, etc. Besides the apartment being absolutely incredible the property itself is breathe taking and pristine. We love how it is so isolated from the rest of the island but not far away that driving is a nuisance. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Remote Retreat

Northwest Point Resort is a lovely contained retreat spot, as long as you are prepared to be at quite a distance from everything else. We found the unit to be just what we needed, complete with lovely ocean breezes. Be prepared to plan for and/or pack in food/supplies. The pool is lovely and the beach setting too - a great spot to watch the kite surfers or walk and collect coral and shells. Hal left great information and suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Super helpful. Enjoy!

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Beautiful unit in a remarkable setting. Extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We cooked at least one meal every day in the well-appointed kitchen. We also enjoyed the onsite kayaks and the pool. Great communication with host. A bit remote, but we knew that when we reserved it. We were able to get anywhere on Providenciales within 30 minutes (rental car a necessity). As such, it makes a great home base. Especially for those who want a beach to themselves most of the time.

Paradise

This property is perfect for people seeking a remote, gorgeous, tropical experience. The condo is well appointed, spacious and clean and a tiny walk to the most beautiful ocean in the world. There is also a pool and hot tub in the complex. If you like to explore, the property is on the border of a beautiful, tropical national park, with a sandy trail that winds across the northern tip of the island to the northwest point. Our favorite part of this experience was the solitude of the location— approximately six miles from any touristy hubbub— but only six miles, so you can easily get to restaurants, Grace beach, etc. You must rent a car, but it is completely worth it. We had a glorious visit!
